431 Aloy Pleads With Lear
It was obvious that Shen Fei’s survival made Lear very angry.
“I could say the same to you. If even you can survive, I don’t intend to die before you,” Shen Fei countered haughtily.
Lear snorted and said, “Shen Fei, don’t get so cocky; this is only temporary. You will definitely die here today.”
“Hahaha!” Hearing Lear’s words, Shen Fei could not help but shake his head and laugh.
At this moment, Aloy looked at Lear with a disappointed expression. “Lear, after so many losses, you’re still so stubborn.”
Lear pointed at Shen Fei and Aloy and shouted, “You slut! Do you think you have the right to talk down to me just because you’re pretty enough to seduce this good-for-nothing?”
Hearing this, Aloy was stunned. At this point, Lear was simply blinded by hatred.
Shen Fei’s expression immediately changed as he sternly said, “Shut your trap—”
Before Shen Fei could finish his sentence, Lear punched a nearby tree. “Brat, I said you’ll die today!”

“You’re courting death!” In an instant, Lear rushed toward Shen Fei.
“Get lost!” Shen Fei shouted. Then, he kicked Lear in the stomach and sent him flying back.
“Cough cough!” Lear lay on the ground, coughing violently.
Shen Fei’s expression became more indifferent. “Lear, you’ve caused so much trouble today that it trumps everything which you’ve done to me in the past. Kneel on the ground and kowtow three hundred times to me, and I won’t pursue you for your past transgressions,” Shen Fei said.
Lear snorted. “Dream on!”
After he finished speaking, Shen Fei’s eyes narrowed. “In that case…”
Suddenly, two thin silver needles appeared in his palm. Wisps of ice-element power flowed out of the silver needles.
Feeling the terror of the silver needles, Lear cried out in horror, “Shen Fei, you dare!?”
“Why wouldn’t I?” Shen Fei sneered. He slowly approached Lear with the silver needles in his hand.
Lear felt his soul trembling and ready to crack. “Shen Fei, I admit that I was wrong before. I am willing to kowtow to you and apologize. Just don’t hurt me,” Lear said.
“Kowtow?” The corner of Shen Fei’s mouth curled up slightly. “I’m afraid it’s too late. I only want to take your life now, and I’ll make it the kind of life that’s worse than death.”
“You…!” Lear’s face had paled.
Shen Fei suddenly rushed forward and inserted the needles. Lear’s spiritual power was being attacked by the silver needles. Bit by bit, it was chipped away. He felt like a glass statue that was about to shatter at any time. The needles had only penetrated his dermis for the moment.
“Lear, if you continue to resist, you’ll only be crippling your own soul power. By then, you’ll die for real,” Shen Fei threatened coldly.
Hearing this, Lear’s body trembled nervously. He quickly said, “Shen Fei, I’ll kowtow. I’ll kowtow at once!” As he said that, Lear knelt on the ground.

Shen Fei snorted. “Afraid? I was willing to overlook your past transgressions because I wanted to give you a chance. But now, you don’t even know how to repent. So, I won’t be as merciful to you as before.”
Lear was stunned. “No wonder. I felt that you have changed a lot. I see that not only do you have a strong cultivation talent, but you are also a ruthless person. Shen Fei, don’t get too arrogant. If you attack me again, you will definitely pay a heavy price,” Lear’s eyes flashed with savagery as he said this last part.
Suddenly, his body erupted with a brutal aura.
“Lear, no matter what you say, it’s useless. I see that you must die,” Shen Fei shouted. Then, he waved his hand and the two silver needles pushed deeper into Lear, creating mayhem to his flesh.
“Argh!” Lear screamed miserably. He was in extreme pain. He felt as if his soul was being cut by countless knives, and it was a gut-wrenching pain. “Shen Fei, you can’t treat me like this. Otherwise, my brother will definitely kill you!” Lear roared.
“Hahaha!” Shen Fei simply threw his head back and laughed.
Seeing this, Aloy quickly stood in front of Lear and looked at Shen Fei. “Let him go. After all, he is still a member of the Gelin family.”
Shen Fei sneered. “Aloy, I know what you’re thinking, but what he did to you is enough for your family to either disown or execute him.”
Even so, Lear was her father’s younger brother.
“Let him go, Shen Fei,” Aloy said slowly.
Shen Fei raised his eyebrows. “You want me to let him go? But he almost killed me.”
“Still, I want you to let him go,” Aloy said firmly.
“Aloy, are you crazy? He almost killed you just now,” said Shen Fei in disbelief.
“I’m completely sane. His actions just now are not worthy of sympathy, and what he did to me has definitely crossed the line. But again, he’s a member of the Gelin family,” Aloy said earnestly.
Shen Fei frowned. Since Aloy had made up her mind, if he still did not agree, then he would be viewed as being too stingy.
“Alright, I’ll do as you ask.” Shen Fei finally relented.
Hearing this, Lear laughed in manic glee, “Hahahaha, Shen Fei, did you see that? Aloy’s heart aches for me!”
“Lear, I’ve said it before. I won’t let you off easily. But it looks like you’re being given a chance,” Shen Fei said coldly.
Hearing this, Lear shot Shen Fei a nasty look. “Just you wait. I’ll definitely return to settle the score with you.”
With that, Lear got up and ran away.
After Lear left, Shen Fei and Aloy looked at each other.
“Let’s get rid of the beasts first. We can’t let them escape the wormhole,” Aloy hurriedly said.
“Alright.” Shen Fei nodded.
