Harry shook his head, “No, no, no, I’m living a full life now, no need!”

He stopped as he saw that Boss Li was getting annoyed. To avoid being despised, he chose to leave right away.

Harry turned his head as he stood in the doorway and couldn’t help but say, “Are you sure, though? She seems interested in you, and you have a crush on her, correct?”

“How many times have you met her?” Li Che asked.

That’s all he could say.

“Not so much, but the way she looks at you is a bit loving. You should know that once you miss an opportunity, it would be gone forever.”

For the sake of their long friendship, and because he is his ‘golden father’, Harry risked his life to remind him.

“Let me introduce her to a guy if you keep behaving like this,” he added, seeing that he didn’t speak another word.

Li Che sneered harshly and tossed the pillow on the couch to him.

He must flee this time.

He was concerned about him in the same way that an old father was concerned about his son.

The room was quiet once more. Li Che took up the document on the table, but he was unable to calm down in any way.

He took a step forward and approached the floor-to-ceiling window. At a height of more than a hundred meters, the people and vehicles below appeared insignificant.

Li Che sighed, changed his clothes, and left the house.

Li Che simply glanced at her and said nothing.

“I’m sorry,” Ye Yuqing said softly, “I remember exactly what happened that day. I apologize. Please don’t be angry, okay?”

Li Che remained motionless and asked, “Forgive and forget?”

Ah? Ye Yuqing was taken aback. She already accepted her fault, but he still couldn’t forgive her?

Why is he acting like a girl?

“I just kissed your face, nothing much. You can always kiss back, you know,” Ye Yuqing whispered.

Li Che raised his eyebrows, “What?”

“Nope, nothing,” Ye Yuqing said instead, “Then you can pinch me to make you feel a little better.”

“……”

“You can pinch me but you cannot be upset after that.”

Taking his thoughts into consideration, she closed her eyes and did not look at him. She lifted her face to make it easier for him to begin.

Li Che stared at her face that was right in front of him, he was utterly caught off-guard.

Her eyelashes were slightly quivering.

His heart pounded a little faster.

“Did you… do that on purpose?” Li Che’s tone sounded annoyed.

“Huh? I didn’t,” Ye Yuqing opened her eyes, believing he stated that she kissed him on purpose.

“Then you can charge me for your hotel room.”

Li Che stopped, took out his mobile phone, and clicked to confirm the payment.
