Report results of an investigation on the academic fraud case by Meng Zezhi a Beijing University professor and a Changjiang Scholar.

In response to the fraud case that Zhang Fangxu, a Ph.D. graduate from our University reported on the Jiangzhou live broadcast in the early hours of December 30, 2018, that Professor Meng Zezhi has stolen his research articles and results, an Academic Committee of Jingcheng University  investigated and verified and according to the   ” Rules and Regulations of investigation and punishment of Academic fraud behaviors of Jingcheng University the results are as follows:

1- ” New thoughts on Goldbach’s Conjecture”  and ” Goldbach’s Conjecture on the number” are the results of Professor Meng Zezhi’s research and his own paper.

2- Zhang Fangxu, a Ph.D. graduate, and Zhou Yi, a Ph.D. student in our University are suspected of concocting a slander against Professor Meng Zezhi, seriously damaging his personality and reputation and badly affecting Jingcheng University’s reputation too.

So, Jingcheng University Degree Committee voted and canceled Zhang Fangxu’s doctoral degree and expel Zhou Yi.   They are also ordered to apologize to Professor Meng Zezhi publicly. If not Jingcheng University will use legal methods to protect its rights and honor.

Beijing University Academic Committee once again insists on zero tolerance for academic fraud and it aim is to maintain a pure academic environment, and protect academic dignity and ethics. ]

After reading all of this, blue veins emerged on Chen Yinlong’s forehead because of fury and with gritted teeth, he said, ” How could this happened? ”

He initially planned that once Emperor Chen will repost it, a forceful public opinion will make Beijing University abandon Meng Zezhi…
