Chapter 23 Another Accident
After getting the bone, Rebecca ran excitedly to her room, shouting that she wanted to experiment.
Upon hearing the word ‘experiment’, Morty felt a headache coming on. He hurriedly shouted, “Don’t explode again!”
If all her experiments exploded a few more times, his manor would really be destroyed.
“I know!” Rebecca didn’t even turn her head and waved her hand.
Looking at her retreating back, Morty’s heart was filled with worry. He did not know what would happen in this experiment.
Sighing, Morty went to the cellar and took some more bones.

Looking at Rebecca, whose face was covered in smoke and dust, Morty was both happy and angry. He didn’t have the time to blame her and grabbed her hand and ran out. “Let’s go out first. Let’s talk outside.” Just as the two of them rushed out of the thick smoke, the entire room collapsed. Fortunately, this room was a separate building, so it did not have much of an impact on the entire manor. Morty came back to his senses and looked at Rebecca, whose head was almost hanging to her chest and her hands was nervously tugging at the corner of her clothes. In the end, Morty sighed and pinched Rebecca’s cheek. He said fiercely, “Tomorrow, come with me to the forest to cut wood and repair the house. Morty was still worried, so he gave her a stern warning and even confiscated all the surviving equipment in her room. Only then did he feel a little relieved.
If he let this girl continue experimenting, he would really end up wandering in the wilderness.
