Chapter 11: The Nightmare is her REALITY.
” Aiyyaa!! What just happened? I was so scared earlier. How come the Crown Prince was at our place?” After Zheng He left, Chang Ah plopped on the ground weakly as her wobbly legs gave up to her fear. She was so scared earlier to face the coldness of the Crown Prince that it was so hard for her to keep standing on her legs.
Yang Luoyang frowned to see Chang Ah on the ground weakly, who was being helped by her personal maid now. ” Today you almost got everyone here killed because of this sharp tongue of yours. How can you think of threatening the life of the Crown Prince? Huh?”
” DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? If the Crown Prince tattletale about this incident to His Majesty, the engagement between the two families could be at risk.” He said.
Chang Ah pursed her lips in embarrassment and replied meekly in a weak voice, ” I only said that because he was being rude to you and you weren’t saying anything to him. How can I know that he is the Crown Prince? It was my first time seeing him.”
Yang Luoyang shook his head and turned to Xiaowei who was kneeling on the ground, ” You!! I will deal with you later.” He warned her, causing Xiaowei to clench her fists in fear. Even though the Crown Prince took her side earlier, she cannot be sure about the anger of Lord Yang.
He seems to be more enraged than before. Is he gonna punish her and her lady severely after the banquet?

Xiaowei pursed her lips as she looked at the pale and sickly Yang Ning, who was still deep in her sleep. The sun has risen in the sky and the world outside has gotten brighter and the eerie dark night has finally passed.
However, Yang Ning is still lost in her deep slumber. After the physician gave her the medicine, her pain reduced to some extent and the fever subsided as well.
However, she still hasn’t gotten well yet. She has a mild fever and needs plenty of rest to rejuvenate her energy.
Today is the Celebration Banquet Day and despite Yang Ning’s condition, she was ordered to wake her up and get her dressed for the Celebration Banquet which is going to commence in a few hours.
After the huge drama last night, she had assumed that Lord Yang Luoyang might agree to the words of the Crown Prince and let her lady rest for the day and not force her to attend the Banquet.
However, she was wrong!
At dawn, the senior maid visited the chamber of Yang Ning with the dress and the accessories that she was supposed to wear to the Banquet today.
” Here! This is one of the expensive dresses from the wardrobe of the Madam. So don’t you dare ruin the precious dress and handle it with care. Your lady should be grateful that our Mistress has given her the most expensive and beautiful dress from her wardrobe to let her wear it for the Celebration Banquet.” The Senior Lady commented as she gave the handed-down dress of Chang Ah to Xiaowei.
Although the dress does belong to Chang Ah’s wardrobe, it is not one of the expensive dresses as the senior maid had claimed. It was the least wanted and cheap dress that Chang Ah owns and was wishing to throw it away anyway.
And this opportunity seems the best to do a good deed and throw away her unwanted dress at the same time.

Yet she was given a handed-down dress of the Mistress to wear to such an important banquet like today.
” How can my lady attend the Banquet today? She is still weak and feverish. Also, didn’t the Crown Prince allow her to not attend the Banquet today? Then why...” Xiaowei gritted her teeth once again and asked the Senior Maid, whose expressions turned dark in an instant.

She was feeling bad to wake her up like this, but she had no choice either.

While she was sleeping, she had a dream, in which she was back in her world and was sleeping in her dorm. She thought that all of it was a dream. A fuc*ing nightmare.
