And then the addition of Blood Boundary Sacrifice as he could erase Boundaries below his standing and transform their Layers into Layers of other Boundaries.
It was a fantastical capability that made him want to devour as many Lineages as possible and direct all of the Layers of their Boundaries to Blood, Loot, and Quintessence.
And these were only the results of the elevation of one of his Boundaries to the Crimson Innate level!

Boundaries were each filled with their own unique aspects of power.
Offensive, Defensive, Support...whatever category a Boundary could be put into, it would ultimately become one that could display its might in all categories the closer it was towards Extremity.
One such example could be seen from the ongoing battle between the one who had laid down the VOID across the Infinite Plane and the ones fighting him- Hideyoshi taking a side bar as it was mainly the terrifying Sword Fanatic- Theseus!
Both beings held a terrifying understanding of Extremity and the Boundaries they were expanding.
And in the midst of their battle at this juncture...

Both of their respective authorities blazed with a blinding radiance as they simultaneously paused.
Waves of sword light that were cutting apart the very Plane of Existence buzzed and came to a halt.
Tentacles and amalgamations of terrors of the VOID wriggled eerily as they also came to a halt...Both of these beings feeling something with their Boundaries.
Desiderius felt it more so as he didn't have the tight bindings of the Natural Laws that had come to wrap around Theseus and Hideyoshi tightly- even with their Automaton Boundary Modulators and barriers of NULLITY keeping it at bay!
Their strongest Boundaries pulsed at this juncture as they were warned...of a very possible danger.
Danger!
This in itself was a shocking prospect due to their power, and beings who had elevated Boundaries at their level didn't need Providence or Destiny to foresee possibilities of their future as when they got a feeling of danger...they knew very well that it was real!
This was because when they faced each other, they didn't have bells of danger ringing.
It told them that they had both reached a terrifying height of power as even if one of them was stronger than the other, they might be able to escape if the battle progressed to a worse state as granting True Death to each other was going to be nearly impossible!
Yet now, their Boundaries warned them of danger.
It meant that an enemy had risen that could very well pose a threat to their very existence.
This...should have been an impossibility.
"Hmm..."
Desiderius's ancient face lost its smile as his eyes closed, connecting to the VOID he had spread out across this Plane.
Fantastically, Theseus also closed his eyes even with this terrifying enemy before him as a sword light flashed, sensing the very fabric of Reality and the direction it was surging towards as through their own means, these beings ascertained one thing.
For Desiderius, his ancient will swept past the VOID he had enacted as even across the folds of Reality, he searched until he found the one place apart from the current region he was in that wasn't affected by the VOID.
There, he felt a vast aura of magnificence that was swallowing everything around it.
The very fabric of the Plane of Existence they were on!
And it was here that he narrowed down the feeling of danger.
Theseus was able to do the same as the eyes of these beings opened at the same time, gazing at each other with serenity at this unexpected outcome!
Desiderius's deeply black eyes gave off no emotions as the ancientness within them had seen many things.
Among the experiences he had accumulated over the eons, he had many battles. In some battles, he had enemies that believed themselves superior by all accounts as they didn't put him in their eyes at all, and he ended up killing and devouring them while they expressed shock and rage on their faces.
At this moment, he brought forward his many years of accumulated knowledge as he allowed for the possibility to exist that the Key he had waited for to initiate his final plan may have grasped a unique power.
He changed his mindset as even though it did not make logical sense, nor did he truly believe it to be the case, there was no harm in him moving with care!
After all, even if the possibility was low, he didn't desire to be like the many beings he had devoured in the past who died with shock and incredulity.
He was too old to die like so.
Countless calculations were made in an instant as his Boundaries fed him bountiful information, and a path was formed before his eyes.
"It seems the Key I've regarded to be the same as all others has an unexpected anomaly. Since you must have felt it too...why don't we put this danger to rest first?"

His eyes void of light buzzed with ancientness as this NOBLESSE spoke like so towards an Ancestral Descendant!
