The single Grand Primordial Heart he was absorbing was only 75% absorbed as just this was enough to grant him the full 100 Billion Dao Galaxies, giving him the essence required to form another Universe and become an Antiquity.
From here on out, he would be using this remaining Primordial Heart and the 2nd one to form even more Galaxies and Universes!
When one absorbed these types of Treasures, they could choose to either change the nature of their current normal Galaxies into Dao Galaxies, or if they had stepped into the realm of Universal Filament...they could also cause the rapid birth of brand new Galaxies!
And this...was exactly what Noah had begun to do in the crimson Ruination Realm.

His first Universe was complete as he held a Splendiferous Universe, and he now began building another one as for Noah...he was just starting on the path to Construct a myriad of Universes as he continued his ascent for power!

In the Abyssal Universe, Oathkeeper was glancing towards Noah's direction in utter shock as his very own eyes and awareness couldn't believe the aura stemming off of Noah's clone.
But he had to believe it as he was a Vassal, and his Origin felt a brand new rush of power descending unto him as he felt his current strength explode a few times!
This...was just the 5% access be had from Noah's strength as an Antiquity.
A minuscule amount of his pure power that all of Noah's Vassals shared, where if they wanted to gain more strength in their lives, they were actually better off just trying to fully comprehend the Lesser Dao of Fealty and even fully assimilate it to gain an increase in the percentage of power they could access!
Oathkeeper wasn't the only one to feel these changes as in the Dark Universe, Valentina raised her dark eyes incredulously towards Noah's figure in the skies.
She could see him still holding onto the bubbly body of the Blue Slime, but his body was at this moment emanating a terrifying authority that far exceeded even her!
This being...that wasn't even a Monarch or Paragon just some weeks ago!

She felt a feeling at this moment that Barbatos, Elena, Kazuhiko, the Emperor Penguin, and many others felt with Noah's constant and rapid advancements that seemed to leave everyone and everything behind constantly.
A stifling feeling that they couldn't really explain as apart from it, they also felt his stupendous strength coursing through their bodies, even if it was 5% of it!
The Oathkeeper also felt this firsthand as with his mentality and position, he still did not know how to feel about Noah's existence.
A being that had come from nowhere and risen just as fast, his strength seemingly covering everything at this moment!

As the Oathkeeper pondered such a question, so did the Antiquity whose consciousness was remaining and talking to Noah in the Abyssal Universe.
The consciousness of this being was in a stupor as he observed the nonchalant manner Noah had as he stepped into the stage of Antiquity, Noah's voice being the one to come out soon after as he completely brushed off the fact of this advancement!
"So, Primordials cause an eruption in multiple timelines and realities, Primordial Beasts are born from this as they try to devour Universes and Cosmos to erase these realities and turn everything to what it once was."
