"I have a task for you," Liu Yong began, addressing the lady at the front desk. Her initial surprise at his request quickly dissipated as she understood the importance of meeting the needs of guests staying in the presidential suite.

"I need your help purchasing a batch of plastic baskets, bubble plastic film, and cable ties. Could you please procure these items for me?"

The lady nodded, and Liu Yong explained his specific requirements in detail.

"The plastic baskets must be extra large and come with a cover. As for the bubble wrap and cable ties, I need as many as possible," he said.

After laying out his needs, Liu Yong added, "I need these items by tomorrow morning, and I am willing to pay the full amount. Additionally, I require a speedboat to be arranged, so that all of these items can be loaded onto it."

The lady at the front desk agreed to his request without hesitation, though she couldn't help but wonder about the peculiar request.

"No problem, sir. We will do our best to fulfill your request," she said.

Liu Yong thanked her and proceeded to the presidential suite. Upon entering the luxurious living room, he marveled at the grandeur of his surroundings.

The two large bedrooms, reception room, and two luxurious bathrooms with bathtubs left him in awe.

As he gazed out of the large window, the panoramic view of the sea meeting the sky and the ships in the distance took his breath away. "This is a proper sea view room," he thought.

Using the free coffee offered to guests, Liu Yong brewed a cup and called his family and Li Changle to let them know he was safe. Near 4 pm, he realized he couldn't visit the sunken ship today.

Deciding to stroll, Liu Yong left the presidential suite and arrived at the hotel's lobby on the first floor. He planned to ask the front desk for recommendations on nearby places with beautiful views.

As he was about to approach the front desk, he heard someone call his name. Turning around, he was surprised and overjoyed to see Wei Chunyan. "Wei Chunyan, is that really you?" he exclaimed.





"Liu Yong, it is really you! What are you doing here?" Wei Chunyan replied, equally ecstatic.

"I'm just visiting SY City for a few days, and decided to stay at this hotel. What about you?" Liu Yong asked.

"I work here, in the housekeeping department," Wei Chunyan replied.



They chatted for a while, catching up on old times. As they were about to part ways, Liu Yong turned to Wei Chunyan and said,

The two individuals were college classmates who had been together for a good four years, and Wei Chunyan still held the title of the most beautiful girl in their class - often referred to as the "class flower."

After completing their university studies, several classmates - including Wei Chunyan - went to SY City in Nanhai Province. However, after graduation, Liu Yong's contact with them was limited to their class group.

After giving Liu Yong a smile and a dismissive look, Wei Chunyan didn't bother to press him for more information. Instead, she asked, "Where are you heading?"

Liu Yong replied, "It's just past four in the afternoon, and it's still early. I was planning to go shopping nearby. This is my first time in SY City, so I'm not familiar with the area."

Offering her help, Wei Chunyan said, "I'm familiar with this place. How about I become your guide?"

Liu Yong was pleased with the idea and agreed. He did, however, express concern that her work might be affected. Wei Chunyan replied,

"It's no problem. I asked for leave and finished work already. It's quite a coincidence that you're here. Tonight, some of our classmates who work in SY City are gathering at our hotel, and you should join us."

Liu Yong hesitated before responding, "I don't know if it's appropriate for me to attend."

Wei Chunyan was quick to reassure him. "What's the problem? You're our classmate, after all. I remember that you and Huang Guang were good friends in college. He also works in SY City and will be joining us tonight."

Liu Yong was surprised to hear that Huang Guang was in SY City. He replied, "Alright, I'll attend the party tonight. I haven't seen Huang Guang in a long time."

Wei Chunyan introduced Liu Yong to their classmates, revealing that they had six other classmates in SY City, making them a group of seven.

Around 7:30 pm, the students attending the reunion started trickling in individually. Despite their past, Hu Guangqiang merely acknowledged Liu Yong's presence with a curt nod and didn't attempt any further conversation or even a handshake.

Liu Yong noticed that several of his classmates had flocked around Hu Guangqiang, invisibly flattering him.

In particular, a classmate of Guo Liangtian seemed to be vying for Hu Guangqiang's attention, making it clear who the center of attention was.
