The golems in front fell as soon as their heads were removed but what happened next was unexpected, Alex couldn't react as one of the golems moved at an insane speed toward him.
Before Alex defeated the golems in front, Jessica controlled the other three golems at the back, two of the golem carried the last one and held him at Alex's waist level, and as soon as Alex defeated the first two, the two golems flung the last one with tremendous power towards Alex.

Alex couldn't react as the golem's head collided with his stomach taking the air out of him, Alex and the golem crashed on the floor and Jessica shouted happily before laughing at Alex.
Alex coughed out before the pain was erased, the golem that crashed into Alex stood up leaving Alex on the ground, the golem raised its fist to punch Alex who was still on the ground but Alex reacted quickly and instead of rolling out of the way, Alex used his legs to kick one of the golem's legs and the golem lost balance.
'Shit...' Alex muttered as the golem fell right on top of him once again.
"Aargh..." Alex shouted as he pushed the golem off him, when the golem fell on Alex its head hit the ice causing it to shatter killing the golem in the process.
"Wait...wait," Alex said as he stood up, Jessica already had all five golems fawning over Alex as soon as he stood up.
And unlike before all of them were fast but no faster than Alex as he successfully defeated all five of them before they could land a hit.
"Why did you stop creating more," Alex said.
"I thought you told me to wait, so you can get a little rest time" Jessica smiled.
"Rest time for these golems, I can fight them with my eyes closed" Alex snorted making Jessica nod her head.
"Then I'll show you something wonderful, I hope it works" Jessica mumbled as she placed her hands on the ground, Alex was already waiting for the five new golems who were going to taste his fist but instead only one golem was created.
Unlike the rest of them, this golem wielded a sharp icy sword that could cut Alex in half, Alex stare at the golem and was amused with what Jessica was trying to do but as soon as he dashed forward he knew something was different.
The golem dashed towards Alex at a speed matching his own and immediately swung the ice sword, if Alex was with his daggers he would be able to block the sword but he was currently barehanded and running at full speed so he couldn't stop.
*Crack*
A small crack appeared on the head of the golem and immediately the golem shattered to pieces along with the sword before it could reach Alex.
Alex looked over at Jessica and he could tell she did her best, she was kneeling on the ground with her hands on the ice and she was huffing, her breathing was heavy and she was covered in sweat.
"Are you okay?" Alex asked as he walked towards her.
"I went a little overboard and destroyed all my efforts, this was my first time creating a golem like this, it was supposed to be fast and powerful," Jessica said.
"It was really fast but I don't know about its power, let's take a breather and continue in a few minutes, you can still make normal ones right?" Alex asked.
"Yes, why are you training, you said you are going to the Silver continent, what for?"
"Initially I was going to see cities there and buy better weapons and Hunt bigger beasts, but now I have another reason for going there," Alex said.
"What's the reason?"
"The shadow potion, I'm going to find more information about the shadow potion and track the creator down and kill him/her," Alex said with seriousness on his face.
"Don't try it, you are only going to get yourself killed, people are already researching about the potion, if you try to do it by yourself, you'll fall victim to one of their attacks, and I tell you this you do not want to fall victim to their attacks" Jessica warned.
"I can take care of myself, that's why I need to train, now that I'm a mage I have to adopt a new fighting style"
"Mages don't need fighting style, practice your spells and perfect them, that's what being a mage is," Jessica said.
"I'll start magic practice after I get a spell but for now, I'll stick to this one, can you create more golems now?"
"Okay"
"Haaa..." Alex shouted as five more golems were created at different locations quite far from him, now Alex was testing his reaction speed as Jessica would create golems at random places and he was required to kill them all.
*Boom*
Alex used his fists to smash the head of the last golem shattering it to pieces, he stood there breathing heavily as more golems were created, Alex had been running now stop for almost 15 minutes now and he needed some rest.
*Ding*
A sound rang as the screen came up, Alex smiled as he remembered he haven't checked his stats single he obtained the mage class but the screen in front of him was for something different.

"Huh! My stats are increasing and I didn't upgrade them with skill points, then in-game training increases your character stats, this just got better" Alex mumbled as a certain glint appeared in his eyes.
All his energy that was drained was suddenly replaced with adrenalin, if the training was going to increase his stats then he would train every single day when he had nothing to do.
"What's with the smile on your face, it's creeping me out" Jessica spoke.
"I'm just really happy and full of energy to smash some golems" Alex shouted as he dashed towards the first one.
