"Perfect timing" Lynx smiled brightly as he set his weapon in front of him, the others looked toward where he was aiming and they could see the bandit leader.

The other bandits who were running away saw their leader and immediately composed themselves and walked behind him as he moved toward Alex, they were sure their leader had enough power to defeat Alex.

"You are going to kill their leader?" Max asked.

"Why do you think I still haven't exposed our location, the camp is already under alert so a little gunshot won't change anything, I'm killing their leader," Lynx said.

"Would you be able to kill him in one shot though?" Gabriel asked.

"I don't know, but there's no harm in trying"

"Aim for his head, though I'm not sure that would be enough to kill him, he's their leader after all so he must have a special characteristic that made him a leader," Bridget said.

"I'm sure we have nothing to worry about, the girl we saved said he had sword art techniques but I'm sure nothing would stop him from dying from a bullet to the head" Max added.

Alex felt a huge presence coming from behind him and the bandit in front of him was dead so his target switched to the bandit leader Zen walking towards him.

Alex stood up from the ground and Zen was standing there a few meters away from where he was.

This information was hovering over him as he stood there with an ecstatic look on his face, he was quite surprised that one of the boys from back then was able to infiltrate his camp and made his men afraid.

"Mystic Sword Art, Earth cloak" Zen mumbled as he unsheathe his swords.

"Got you bastard" Lynx smiled as he pulled the trigger.

A loud sound echoed as the bullet traveled with breathtaking speed and hit Zen on his head.

A cracking sound was heard as the bullet hit Zen in his head, the speed and power of the bullet bent his head sideways, Zen sighed and straighten his head and the bullet fell to the ground.

"Huh!!" all of them exclaimed as they witnessed what happened, Lynx couldn't believe what he was seeing.

His bullet had no effect on the bandit leader for some reason, they had no idea he had used a mystic art technique to protect himself, the other bandits weren't surprised at all because they knew what Zen was capable of.

The bandit knew Alex was not the only one here and instead of staying here to fight against Alex who they had no chance against, they would go after the rest, most of the bandits around went towards the location where the bullet came from while few stood behind just in case their leader needed them.

"Amusing...very amusing, what an amusing ability you have, it seems your body is protected, is there a way to penetrate it?" Alex asked.

"You expect me to tell you how to defeat me, pathetic" Zen laughed.

"I didn't expect you to tell me I just wanted to know if there is a way to penetrate it and thank you for your help," Alex said as he walked forward.

After seeing his ability most people would run away because they had no chance against him, bullets, arrows, and swords did not affect him so they run away but Alex was different, once he sets his eyes on an opponent in frenzy state, he doesn't rest till his opponent is dead or he's dead.

Zen smiled as he also walked forward with both of his swords, this was a first for him, fighting someone who already witnessed his power.

"I see you are confident, but that would be your downfall," Zen said.

"I was going to say that about you" Alex spoke as he suddenly stopped, and immediately he dashed forward.

In a blink of an eye he was already in front of Zen, without wasting a single moment he thrust both of his daggers into Zen's stomach.

The daggers were able to tear through Zen's clothes but they were unable to penetrate his body, Alex jumped back to plan his next attack but as soon s jumped both of Zen's swords slashed the air where he was before.

"Huh!!" before Alex could react Zen was already in front of him.

Zen kicked Alex's stomach taking the air out of him and sent him flying backward, the kick was heavy almost like he was hit by a rock, Alex rolled on the ground before finally stopping.

Alex stood up from the ground coughing loudly, both of his daggers were nowhere to be found, and it felt like he broke a rib.

Zen's body wasn't just impenetrable, he was also fast and extremely powerful, just now he was about to behead Alex but luckily Alex moved away just before he was cut.

Alex never saw the sword coming because he believed Zen wasn't going to be able to react to his speed, but after what happened it felt like Zen was faster than him.

"We should leave, it seems we have nothing to be worried about, Zen is stronger than that bastard"

"You are right but when did the leader get so powerful?"

"We weren't up to his level so we never got to see his true power, It won't surprise me if he was stronger than this" two bandits spoke to each other before joining the hunt to look for the rest of the Intruders.

Alex took a deep breath and raised both of his fists, if weapons weren't going to work on him then he was going to use his fists.

"Barehanded, talk about reckless confidence but don't worry, I'll make your death quick and painless" Zen shouted as he dashed toward Alex.
