2975 Heaven and Hell I

CLANNNG CLANNN CLANNNG

The hundreds of copies came, and my weapons met them, and so began the clash, which had been rarely seen in war.

Hundreds of copies of Shael begin to clash against my weapons, and it is not just copies that are clashing, but also the real body of Shael, which is hidden somewhere, and also the three blood videttes.

They have attacked me through the guise of different copies, and their attacks are powerful. If I did not defend each of them carefully, I would pay the price.

So, with the aid of a sensory spear, I moved, clashing against the copies, which did not seem to be disappearing after the clash as one might expect, instead continuing with the assault like a real being.

It is truly a terrifying attack; our Grand Lords would use their strongest offensive and defensive to defend against it.

It could not use the attack for more than a minute and usually left after the attack as it thoroughly tires it out.

It is not surprising to launch such a massive attack; it would need colossal energy that even Grand Arts couldn’t provide without a limit.

“Its a good attack, Shael, but you would need to do something better if you want to have a chance against me,” I said while defending against thousands of attacks; her copies were launching at me every second.

Hun!

“I will give you something better, then,” It said, and immediately, my expression became serious when I saw the changes appearing in the copies.

Till now, nearly all the copies had used a similar attack, but now all of them have begun to use different attacks, which makes defending so much harder.

It is already quite hard to control a hundred hands; it is no effort for me too.

It is not a traditional powerhouse, but Shael; is second to Rhaek in experience, and fighting it is extremely dangerous when every copy of it uses a different method.

Within a second of it, three copies broke through the defense of hundred arms and came at me, and to meet them, three came out of me and moved toward them.

Hundred is not my limit; it is not even half of what I could bring out, but the more I bring out, the higher it is for me to control them.

Though bringing a few over a hundred wouldn’t strain me, I still should limit them, or it would begin to affect my defense

My three new arms clashed against the three copies, and I felt such physical force I have not felt in any battle; it was immense; it shook me from head to toe and nearly forced me to take a step back.

As they clashed, the copies moved toward me without stopping, while my three hands were too slow to stop them.

“You will die, Zaar!” said the copy coming from the front and soon transformed into the Pigeonman, which swung its huge feathery weapon at me; other copies had also been transformed into the blood videttes and swung their weapons at me.

I poured my power into the hands and moved them fast as I could; their speed increased, and they began to catch up to Blood Videttes fast.

Hun!

They were about to when suddenly everything changed around me, and I found myself in a flowery paradise.please visit panda(-)N0ve1.co)m

There are giant beautiful flowers around me and a milky white sky through which large swaths of water are falling.

The most beautiful of them all is a throne made of flowers floating in the sky; it is a very beautiful thing, and on it is languidly sitting Shael, and now is looking at me lazily from above.

“So, you could use this move,” I said; till now, she had not used it, anyone.

Though we have data about it and know how dangerous it is, the last Grimm who could use this move had cut off the hand of Ramona Hawthorn.

“Yes, I could; I have been saving it to use against Rhaek,” it said without any reservation.

“Wise move, with the information we have; you all will be pretty useless to him after the war,” I said as I tried to fly toward it but found out I could not, so I began to walk slowly.

I have to say, the illusion of the Grand Art is realistic, so much so that I could smell the flowers and feel them. I could barely spot any difference. No wonder the last Grimm who could use this move was able to kill so many of the Grand Lords.

“You did not seem to be worried about getting out; most people who fall into my illusions would first try to get out,” it said.

“Why would I be worried? Are you seemed me getting cut into pieces,” I asked back with a smile, “As for trying to get out of this illusion, I am trying, but it is quite damn hard,” I added as I walked toward it,

It glared at me, but soon her expression went back to laziness, “How are you still fighting? Most people would have frozen the moment they entered my illusion,” it asked, and I opened my mouth to answer before suddenly stopping.

My expressions became serious for a moment before a smile appeared on them.

Just now, I had nearly caught up in her attack; it was very smooth that I was not able to detect it till the last moment.

It chilled my heart because once I got caught in it, only death would be my release.

“You are very good, but it is Grand Art, so it is not surprising that you are able to pull me into it, but it is a limit of what you could do,” I said.

Pulling me into the illusion is a great feat that nobody other than those with the Grand Arts could do it.

I have very powerful defenses, which I have to strengthen further when I am lying in bed with parts of the old snake inside me.

Absorbing them had strengthened my body and soul, but the biggest benefit had been provided by the nirvana, which cleansed my body and soul.

I don’t think there is anyone with a soul as pure as mine in the whole world except for babies born right now.

“Don’t underestimate the Grand Art, Zaar,” it said, and the scenery changed again, which was opposite of what it had been earlier.

If earlier scenery was like heaven, then now it is hell, and I am chained in it.

It is a world of lava and fire; everywhere, there is lava and fire coming from the sky and ground while I am hanging in the chains above the lake below me and breaths of fire coming from the sky.

It again is sitting on the throne, but it is no flowery throne, but made of volcanic rock, with the crown of fire sitting across its head.

“My Grand Art has the ability to transcend illusions and make them a reality, and I will show you how real they could be,” it said, and lava from the lake and fire from the sky came at me.
