Chapter 11 Advancing To Warrior-Rank
The girl with ruby eyes said politely, "Sorry about my sister. She has grudges against humans because one of them had sealed us here for thousands of years. I'm Ayumi and this is my sister Hanako."
"No problem. I can understand how you guys would be feeling about being trapped here. So tell me how I can release you two." He went directly to the point.
"If you can break these chains or the pillars then we will be released from our imprisonment," Ayumi said as a yearning for freedom glinted in her ruby eyes.
"Big Sister Xue Rou, can you do something about it?" He gazed at the black-haired beauty beside him who nodded with a sweet smile.
She summoned the transparent white sword from her Spatial ring that Xue Rou had kept away earlier while crossing the bridge.
She moved towards the target and slashed at it. The blade crashed with the pillars as sparks flew in the air making a clanking sound.
Xue Rou frowned her brows. She hadn't used her full strength in the first swing thinking this wouldn't require much strength to crumble.
However, it didn't even make a scratch. She took a deep breath and utilized her full strength for the next attack as she went at the pillars again.

Xue Rou hacked it multiple times in the span of 2 minutes but not a single scratch could be seen on the pillar's surface.
Seeing her futile effort, Meng Long asked her to come back as he had an easier option in mind.

"Cough… cough… you misunderstood my intention young lady. I need you both to sign a spirit contract with me." He said with a nonchalant voice clearing the misunderstanding.
'Her offer isn't bad but I need to focus on contracting them first as my spirit. Getting their loyalty and a devoted heart would be better in long term.'
Meng Long had his own plans and thought of the big picture.
"In this life, I'm never going to believe the Venomous Humans," Hanako said in a bitter voice and turned him down immediately.

He drew complicated patterns on the two papers from before and handed them to give the girls.
Xue Rou walked towards the twin Vixen spirit and gave them.
"Drop blood on it and swear on your life that you would make a spirit contract with Meng Long if he succeeded to release you from the pillars." He instructed them in a calm voice.
Ayumi didn't wait further and bit herself on the finger to drop blood on the paper.
A few droplets of blood fell on the Glyph which moved like ants to cover the paper.
"I swear on my life to make a spirit contract with Meng Long if he succeeds in releasing us from the pillars." She promised with a sincere heart.
Her voice triggered a reaction in the paper, it hovered in the air and became a stream of red vapor which swirled toward her before disappearing into her chest.
Meng Long looked at Hanako with a teasing smile.
"Don't be too happy, I'm only doing it for my sister." she gritted her teeth before proceeding to do the same as Ayumi.
A stream of red vapor also entered her body like usual.
"Okay…all done. Now watch this young master release you two bullied souls from those evil shackles." He spoke before walking behind the blue pillars which were not in sight of the duo. It made them unable to see Meng Long.
Xue Rou, who was standing beside the pillars, saw him sitting on the ground and closing his eyes.
After a few minutes passed, a blue smoke started coming out of the pillars which swirled around Meng Long.
It was a tiny amount at first as thin as the width of a hair but the thickness started increasing as time passed.
The width increased to a rope and then to a size of a python from his earth.

She had a complicated expression on her face as Xue Rou had seen Meng Long covered in blue smoke a few minutes ago. The Young maiden had witnessed him leaping from first spirit energy rank to eleventh.
He walked in front of the twin sisters and asked in a poised tone, "Are you ready to follow me from now on?"
"You failed to release us yet you still have the audacity to talk like that, Shameless." Hanako sneered and gave him a hateful glare.
An evil smile flashed on his face and he said proudly, "Watch this."
His middle finger and thumb joined together and moved towards the pillars.
Meng long released his finger as he flicked at the huge stone.
With a slight contact of his touch, it crumbled on the floor like powder.
