Chapter 106 I Have To Prepare . . .

"Whoa. What's this? What's that? What does this thing do?"

The moment that we went home, Yuko seemed like a child who first time saw a toy.

"Ehehehe. That's an animal barn," Little Piggy said with pride. "Haven't you seen of it before?" It said with a puff of its chest. "I guess not, since your territory is in the forest. Ahahaha."

Only a kick in the butt was Yuko's reply to Little Piggy, and the latter flew far away over the walls.

Good riddance. I thought.

"When was the last time that you've seen a human settlement?" I asked her.

Yuko looked at me with a blank expression. "I just saw you."

She had no idea what I meant by human settlement.

In other words, she didn't know about human civilization or the world outside of the forest. Just how many years was she cooped in her territory?

"Well, yeah . . . But I mean, the last time that you saw a real house or something like that."

"I don't know?" Yuko's sharp nails pointed at her lips and proudly said, "Around seventy years or more? I stopped counting."

Seventy years ago . . .

That means that she had never seen a human settlement until now.

No wonder why she was so shocked when she came out from the forest. She didn't have any idea what was going on around her.

And that was why her curiosity about everything.

"Just what were you doing in your territory in those seventy years?"

Yuko gave an elegant half shrugged. "I don't know. My territory is far from civilization. I mostly meditate, sleep, and talk to all the creatures in my territory. But mostly sleep and bath in the hot spring."

"What's your territory like?" Megu asked with curious eyes. In the short time that we've spent with Yuko the two somehow clicked it off.

Yuko was easy going and had a great sense of humor. It made us feel comfortable around her.

Though I wonder if it's one of her many innate abilities. To easily charm a creature. I wasn't worried though since she couldn't kill my minions and me. But she could kill Megu, Angelica, and Florin, right system?

<That's right, Host>

I was sure that she wouldn't do that, though, since she was hell-bent on her revenge. And she piqued me as someone who didn't care about mortal life.

Yuko was too obsessed with her revenge right now to even care about us. To her, we're probably just a past time until she could get her strength back.

I felt Megu could breathe easily now since Yuko was already one of us. And probably because Yuko's appearance was around her age though that Fox Yokai was older than she looked.

Megu was probably glad that she had someone to talk with about things . . . like women's stuff, whatever it was.

Yuko smiled. "It's very peaceful," she answered Megu's question. "The trees are tall and thick. The ground is covered by moss and grasses, with all kinds of flowers and shrubs growing in abundance. There's a river running through it. And there are many different kinds of animals living there. It's also near the mountains, so there are hot springs everywhere.

Megu nodded. "That sounds . . . magical. I want to go see it someday."

"You can come visit anytime you'd like," Yuko said with a proud smile before her face contorted into anger and her claws flexed. "After I killed that God and reclaimed my territory that is."

Megu smile wavered. "R-right."

"My Lord! How did your journey go?"

Florin appeared at the corner and ran in our direction. I saw how the big smile on her face turned into a scowl.

"Whose she?" Florin asked with a snappy tone, eyes squinting at Yuko's breasts.

I knew what she was thinking. With how her breasts were almost slipping from her kimono, that dress still managed to cover her nipples no matter how much the woman was moving.

It was like magic.

Not that I was complaining.

Teasing the imagination was also a good source of entertainment too.

"This is Yuko. She's the God that Little Piggy encountered in Rocky Hills." I introduced everyone to each other while Florin sneered.

"Of course, she is, with how big her breasts are." She then muttered, "Great. Another cow. This is starting to become like a milk farm."

Yuko looked at Florin with her hands folding under her breasts and Florin back a little. Yuko's red slit eyes could really be intimidating.

The Fox Yokai then beamed, canines showing before she grabbed Florin and hugged her against her bosom.

"Ahahaha. It's been a long time since I lost saw a child! Megu's baby is still small to hug, but you're just perfect! Like a porcelain doll!"

"G-get off me!" Florin gasped, but her strength failed her against Yuko's strength.

Yuko didn't seem to hear anything as she continued, "Ever since that God took my property, it's been like years since I last saw the creatures worshipping me! You reminded me of those cute little beasts!"

"What do you mean, beasts?!" Florin growled.

While the women were getting to know each other, I went to Athena.

"Congratulation on successfully acquiring the God, my Lord. It seemed like your property had increased its size until toward the Rocky Mountain Range," Athena said the moment she saw me.

"Though . . . Is she really a God?" she questioned, nodding in Yuko's way.

I briefly shot a glance at Yuko, who was still hugging Florin against her bosom.

"Yes. Her name's Yuko, and she's apparently a Fox Yokai God." I then proceed to explain Yuko's deal to me.

"She's indeed a God," Athena confirmed after I told her everything. "No one is more vengeful than a God."

"By the way," I changed the topic. "I'm going to ask Daedalus to make me those lamps out of Glowing Crystals. As many as he could within the day."

"May I know why you wanted these lamps made, My Lord?"

"I'll be heading out tomorrow, and I need at least money for my travels. I don't know how long this journey is, so I'll need to be prepared."

"As you wish, my Lord."
