177 Sun Bin’s Class Transfer
For the sake of the old master’s health, today’s breakfast was plain porridge with side dishes. Qiao Yue wrote the recipe, and the food cooked by the auntie who lived with them.
Qiao Xin didn’t feel good having this breakfast.
Qiao Yue sat between her grandfather and her second brother, Qiao Jing.
Qiao Xin was depressed. Why was everyone in the family so protective of Qiao Yue?

“Qiao Yue, pay attention in school and study hard.” Old Master Qiao said as he picked up some bamboo shoots for Qiao Yue.

“What’s lacking, Uncle?” Qiao Ying asked curiously.
Qiao Ren shook his head and didn’t say anything but Tao Xi pulled a long face.
“Grandpa, you told fifth brother to study hard, but he barely passed his exams. He even made a bet with his classmate.” Qiao Xin said.
The atmosphere around the dining table suddenly turned awkward.
Qiao Xin smugly reached out her chopsticks to pick up some food, but just as she was about to pick up a piece of beef, Qiao Ze hit it away with his chopsticks.
“Third brother, what are you doing?”
Qiao Ze smiled, back in his usual unruly appearance. “You talked so much. I thought you are trying to lose weight and not eat.”
Qiao Ze then looked at Qiao Yue and winked at her.
Qiao Xin saw their interaction and put down her chopsticks angrily.
Old Master Qiao cleared his throat and said to Qiao Yue, “Boy, you must still study hard. Your mother was a good student. If you need help, you can ask your cousins to tutor you.”
“Qiao Xin, you must remember to tutor your fifth brother.” Qiao Ze said with a cheeky smile.

After breakfast, the school-going children left in the same car.
Qiao Xin was originally seated in the middle row, but when she saw Qiao Yue open the car door, she angrily moved to the last row.
Qiao Yue sat with Qiao Ying after she got into the car.
Qiao Ying was still thinking fondly about gaming with Qiao Yue, so she took out her phone and showed Qiao Yue her recent battle scores.
Qiao Yue looked at it briefly.
Although Qiao Ying looked gentle and weak, she’s recently quite an aggressive gamer. She played all kinds of positions, and she was getting faster at collecting kills and gold.
“You’ve been playing well recently.”

She felt a hateful and challenging gaze directed at her the moment she entered.
Sun Bin gave her the middle finger.
As Qiao Yue sat down, Xu Hao, who was beside her, came over.
“What’s up?” Qiao Yue asked in a low voice.
“Sun Bin said he wanted to compete fairly with you, so he didn’t want to stay in the other class and transferred to our class.”
To compete fairly?
Qiao Yue raised her eyebrows.
“He said that only under the guidance of the same teachers can the exam scores be compared.”
Qiao Yue shrugged. She knew her stuff, so it didn’t make a difference if they changed teachers.
“Come on, Qiao Yue, I have faith in you.” Xu Hao silently made a cheering gesture and even thumped his chest. “I support you.”
The first period was Sister Lin’s class. Qiao Yue opened her music app again and fell asleep on the table.
After class, she stretched and was about to leave the classroom when Sun Bin stopped her.
