355 Back to the Qiao Residence
As Qiao Yue walked out of the room, she saw Yin He leaning against a pillar on her left.
“What’s wrong? You didn’t come to an agreement, or did he confess?”
Yin He’s eyes were filled with ridicule.
“You know everything too.”
Yin He yawned lazily. “Of course, I know everything. After all, the Yin family has been looking for you all these years. Who knew that you would be hidden so deeply by that legendary organization? If you hadn’t returned to the Qiao family, we wouldn’t have been able to find you at all.”
“How much do you know about that organization?” Qiao Yue asked with a frown.
“I don’t know what’s going on with that organization, but my guess is that it’s connected to Austin.”
Qiao Yue was stunned. Connected to Austin?
“Austin? The real murderer who killed my mother.”
Yin He nodded. “Yes. I’ve done a lot of research over the years. This Austin must be connected to your mother.”
“What? You know Austin’s whereabouts?” The person who spoke was Su Xun.
No, he should be called Yin Xun now.
“Yes, I may know.”
Yin He had been investigating Austin all these years, but Austin’s final whereabouts was when he went to Su Qing’s house, burned it down and then took Qiao Yue away.
He had disappeared without a trace after taking Qiao Yue.
That meant that Qiao Yue must have fallen into Austin’s hands.
“You mean my godfather is Austin?” Qiao Yue said with difficulty. She had never thought that her godfather, who had always been kind to her, was the real mastermind behind everything.
“Godfather?” Su Xun frowned.
Qiao Yue explained to them the story of her being adopted by the Godfather.
The Godfather had made her learn all kinds of skills since she was a child. He also made her hide her true gender.
Later, she was sent back to C-Country. After she established a big corporation like the KA group, she was given a long break which allowed her to return to the Qiao family.
“If my godfather is Austin, he would’ve stopped me from returning to the Qiao family and find out what he had done. But he was very supportive of me returning to the Qiao family.”
Qiao Yue frowned as she couldn’t figure this out.
“It’s simple. Austin has always been a person who likes to challenge and conquer. He may be treating you like this because he wants to keep you.” Yi He shared his analysis.
Qiao Yue felt a little disgusted as this matter unraveled so suddenly.
The Godfather’s expectations of her weren’t just for her to grow the organization and to take over.
What he wanted was Qiao Yue’s submission as a woman.

Su Xun suddenly felt a little scared as he looked at his daughter who was so decisive about murders.

“Alright,” Su Xun sighed. “In that case, I’ll follow you back to the Qiao residence.”
