* A few hours later
Ryan was in the middle of his class, sitting next to him were Alice Lightstone and Sara Hellpike. In front of everyone in the class was Ellen Evergreen, she had a gentle smile on her face today, strangely excited and happy as she wrote by the chalkboard.

On his desk were the two books he had received in the dungeon. Even though it was a complex language, slowly Ryan was beginning to understand some of the more common words of the dwarven dialect. 'So this page is some kind of mana reactor...' He thought, as he transcribed the notes into another book, making a process of translation.
"Have you signed up for the dueling event yet?" Alice said, laying her head on Ryan's shoulder. He then released his pen and stroked the blonde's head, "I'll sign up at the break, I need to take care of some things about my move today" he said.
Sara moved closer to Ryan's face, curious she asked "When is the move going to be?"
"Tomorrow, today I get the keys" he said, startling the two girls. Alice quickly took her cellphone from her pocket, and after a few minutes a notification appeared on Ryan's cellphone.
* Ring * Ring * Ring *

'I need the new keys...' he concluded, as he walked through the halls of that building. Near the teachers' lounge he saw Lyza talking to someone, but he chose not to stop to chat. Passing through the hallway he encountered Hao's secretary.
"Whitemane, did you come to get the key to the dormitory?" She said. Ryan confirmed with his head.
Then the two walked together to one of the academy's administrative offices, it was a room with several desks and document files. "Here" She said, dropping a key into Ryan's hand.
"Thank you Miss Murasaki" He replied, with a smile. "Have you made your registration for the dueling event yet?" She questioned, before he left. Denying with his head, Ryan said no. Then she turned around, took the registration form, and held it out to him. He checked it next to Murasaki and then he was registered for the event. "Thanks, anytime, come visit me in the dorm" He said, "My coffee is better than the academy's". That beautiful purple haired young woman just laughed and nodded "I accept Whitemane's offer".
Walking out of the room, Nyx started talking to Ryan.

In Ryan's backpack were some interesting items, in Crystaldrift he had selected two weapons and one armor to receive. But before completing the challenge, he had taken out a few pieces of iron and valuable crystals, not many, but enough to get some good money.

In front of one of the five gigantic S Rank dorms, Ellen, Lyza and Rose were chatting waiting for the rest of them. Then Ryan and the rest of the girls arrived.
"Are you excited?" Olivia said, standing next to him.
"A little, living here is going to make my life a lot simpler" He replied, as he lifted his head to fully view the building.
"This is giant! Are you going to live here master?!" Sara said, surprised.
The S-Rank dormitory was extremely flashy, it stood near the Academy's large pond, it was one of the farthest areas of the campus. The structure was even bigger than Lyza's building. "The rooms aren't that big, there are four per floor" Alice said, with her neutral tone of voice.
'Even if you split it in two, it still comes pretty close to Lyza's apartment...'
<But it's not as luxurious as Lyza's>
'Absolutely...'
Up the elevator, they went to the top floor. The elevator was extremely spacious, able to hold everyone. The device worked with wind magic and space magic, which made it an extremely fast machine. Without feeling any discomfort with the speed, they arrived in seconds at the top of that eighty-story building.
When the door opened, they arrived in a kind of Hub shaped like a circle, there were four iron doors with magic signature readers.
"You just need to put the key in and then activate your magic signature" Lyza said, pulling Ryan by the hand and placing his palm on the door. Then she pulled the key out of his hand and placed it on the device. "Done" She said with a confident smile.
'Hahaha... She's a little intense sometimes'

It took a few seconds for the door to recognize the key and Ryan's magical signature, after which the door made a mechanical sound, signaling that the process was complete.
* Ting * Ting * *Vwuuush*
The door opened, revealing a gigantic empty space. The apartment was shaped like only one room in that circle, but because it was the top floor, it was a two-story apartment. The floor was polished wood, with white walls and mana lights throughout. The bathroom had a Japanese style bathtub, as well as a spacious shower.
Just this partition of the building was already large, having a kitchen, living room, three bedrooms and that luxurious bathroom. "This is already much better than where I used to live," he said, surprised. "Ara... We'll need to put a big bed in" Ellen said, as she looked at the master bedroom. The view from the academy was beautiful, on one side of the apartment you could see the lagoon while on the other side you could see part of the academy and part of the city of Neodrazzil.
"Now that you are close to the academy, let's fuck every day" Lyza said, as she slipped her arm around Ryan's neck, pulling him down and getting his face at her boobs. "I want it too" he said, as he smelled the delicious perfume of that red haired milf.
Moving closer to Ryan, who had finally gotten out of the delicious trap, Ellen touched him on the shoulder. She was slow again, with a friendly smile. I'll prepare a bonsai for you. My little plants can help you bring the furniture here, if you want" she said.
Confused, Ryan's head visualized a broccoli plant carrying a couch.

"I've already got help, tomorrow we'll meet at Ryan's old house" Lyza said, and then pulled out of her pocket a piece of paper with an extremely complex magic circle drawn on it, crouching down she taped that piece of paper to the floor "This will simplify things".
Olivia was surprised at how tall that building was, looking out the window, she was aware of the blue sky and how it was even possible to see part of the clouds. "The view is amazing" She said, next to her, Rose denied with her head "That building is too high, it's giving me the chills..."
Alice and Sara were watching the kitchen attentively. "The master will need new appliances" Alice said. Sara confirmed with her head "His stove is old, so is his refrigerator..." she said to her colleague. Alice was holding a piece of paper, writing down everything new that would be needed for the house "We won't be able to save much, the best thing would be to bring only the master's bed and personal items, then sell everything old" she concluded.
"Won't that be a bit expensive?" Ryan said, worried.
Lyza just laughed at his reaction "You closed a red portal all by yourself, if you do with about five of these you can furnish this whole apartment in about four times."
