As Thargrem was inspecting the sword, Shiro's face immediately became cold since she could see greed in his eyes. His sight would wonder a little as he contemplated the idea of stealing the sword from her.

'Tch, seems like I can only trust Helion with his blacksmithing.' Shiro clicked her tongue.

Walking up to the city lord, she reached out to his shoulder.

Unexpectedly, just as she did that, a dagger appeared in her view and tried to take her eyes out.

"Mum!" Lisandra shouted out and instantly donned her armour and two swords.

"Don't worry." Shiro replied nonchalantly as she had pinched the dagger with her fingers.

The sheer amount of killing intent that was being released from her as of this moment caused the entire room's temperature to drop. Even the spirit fire tried to duck away in fear.

"Seems like I've been a bit too lenient lately. The first thing that happened when I entered this city is that I got scammed. The next thing that happens is that you try to steal my precious sword." She glared at Thargrem who was suddenly filled with cold sweat.

'No something's wrong, there's no way that her strength could be so high!' He thought in shock.

He was a level 150 blacksmith who had focused most of his points into strength. However, this girl in front of him had actually pinched his dagger with her fingers and stopped his sneak attack dead in his tracks.

"*sigh* Seems like this queen has gone soft over the last few days." Shiro sighed and snapped the dagger with her finger.

"In that case, I might as well sharpen myself up once more. You're a blacksmith aren't you? Then give this queen some support."

Currently, she had her mana constantly reinforcing her entire body since she knew the blacksmith in front of her was powerful. However, with her links repaired, she was able to reinforce her body much better, increasing her strength to a new level.

Currently, her strength was at 109,500 including the title bonus. But if she factored in her monster title, that strength was in reality, 219,000. To make matters worse for Thargrem, her int was an astounding 422,000 if she included everything into the calculation. Base stats, title bonus, armour bonus, armour passive and monster title.

With her now being able to use more of her mana without fear, she could stack up quite a lot of her INT points into STR through her reinforcement, allowing her to go toe to toe with B class people who aren't so monstrous in their areas.

If she was to fight Keomi again, she could probably win with relative ease now.

*BANG!

Crashing her fists against Thargrem's torso, his body was launched against the walls and caused cracks to spread out upon impact.

Not giving him a chance to recover, she flickered in front of him and made herself a hand cannon and aimed it as his head.

While she could go toe to toe with B class people, it was still safer to just kill them quickly before they could use their skills and escape tools.

Pulling the trigger before Thargrem could even say anything, the bullet drilled into his cranium and completely shredded his brain.

Seeing his body go limp, Shiro narrowed her eyes and tried to collect his corpse. Once that was successful, that meant she killed him for good.

However, when she realised that she couldn't collect this corpse, she instantly noticed the signs of a skill that was annoying to deal with.

'Corpse Doll. A passive skill that saves you from death once per 3 days. Upon taking what would be lethal damage, a doll would take your places and you enter true stealth so long as your killer is still nearby. Once they are a certain distance away, you exit stealth and gain a 300% boost in movement speed.' Shiro thought and instantly slammed her foot down.

*KRRRR!!!!

Ice exploded out and froze everything in the room, even the passageway that led down to the forge.

"However, corpse doll is useless as long as you have a large crowd control skill." Shiro said coldly as she looked in the corner of the room. There was a patch of ice that was in the shape of a person trying to reach for the exit. While she couldn't see him, she knew that he was there.

"Tsk tsk tsk. You know, trying to trick me will only piss me off more. I was going to let you die easily but it seems like you want a painful death instead." Shiro said while walking up to the block of ice.

Forming a knife hand, she chopped off his left hand and inserted a few nanobots into his body.

Snapping her fingers, they instantly entered a frenzy and started to eat away at everything inside him. Some of the nanobots were tasked with stopping him from screaming while others were tasked with intensifying his pain. The first group made their way to the throat while the second made its way to his spine and brain.

While this was happening, she made sure that the ice was frozen on his skin securely before peeling back the ice on his face.

She could immediately see blood pour out as the skin slowly revealed itself on the ice. Since it left his main body, it was no longer affected by true stealth so she could see his panicked expression.

"That's a nice expression you have there. Much better than the normal one you had." She smiled while looking at the face.

In the ice, she could also see two ripped out eyeballs that the ice had forcefully pulled out when she peeled it back.

Throwing it aside, she then ended his life by stabbing an ice spear through his head.

This time, Thargrem was dead for real as his faceless corpse revealed itself.

Scoffing lightly, she collected his corpse and washed away all the blood.

Not sparing a moment to check the loot, she quickly raided what she could get in the forge along with anything useful in his office before walking up to the Spirit Fire.

'Any guess on how I can retrieve this?' Shiro asked.

{Stick your hand in it and try to form a connection.} Nimue suggested with a shrug.

Nodding her head, Shiro coated her hands with mana and reached out for the core of the fire.

Closing her eyes, she tried to sense its main source of mana.

[Ownerless Ancient Spirit Fire Detected.]

[Retrieve?]

[Yes] [No]

Tapping yes, the fire danced lightly before being absorbed into her mana realm. As she had no container for it as of this moment, only the mana realm was suitable.

Peering into her mana realm, she could see the spirit fire settle down on the fire island and start to cultivate itself with her mana.

{Seems like we'll get a fire sister soon.} Iziuel smiled softly while looking at the little flicker of fire.

{Indeed. I wonder if it would be someone we know or a completely new spirit.} Nimue nodded.

Taking her attention out of the mana realm, she looked towards Lisandra.

"Let's get out of here. The longer we stay the worse it could get."

"Mn."

Taking Lisandra by the hand, she quickly left the area with her rift strider skill.
