As the two of them came up to the entrance of the bar, they were stopped by a couple of men who appeared out of nowhere.
Hua Jin looked at them and instinctively reached for the phone in his pocket. Immediately, a man strode forward and snatched it out of his hand. Without looking at it, he slammed it to the ground and stomped on it.
“Why? Do you want to call the police? Hehe, let me tell you, the police are the last thing our Brother Hui is afraid of! Even the chief of this police station has to take instructions from his father!”
The men reeked of alcohol and must have drunk a lot.

She had never encountered such a thing before, so she was trembling with nervousness. She rushed to the intersection and hurriedly hailed a taxi. However, just as she got into the car, she realized that she did not have any money with her.
The driver didn’t recognize her and asked, “Where to?”
“First to the studio city…”
“Okay.”
The driver started the meter and the car sped in the direction of the studio city.
