Chapter 2399: Welcome to the end of the world (Part 66)

“Hong long.”  As soon as her voice fell, there was a dazzling bolt of red lightning that flashed in the sky.

The wind started picking up as the ears of the ‘armoured zombies’ lit up with a red light.

As if……someone was controlling them, giving them orders.

Then eight of the zombies suddenly disappeared, only leaving the ‘armoured zombie’ standing in the middle.

They moved so fast that they disappeared in an instant.

“It seems like your ‘brothers’ don’t want you anymore.”  Luo Qing Chen gave a shrug before saying with a smile, “Going from one against nine to one on one, I feel a bit embarrassed.”

Actually, this provocation was just for herself.  After all, in the end of the world, a sudden powerful enemy would make one feel strangely excited.

First, challenging the impossible was her principle and second……high grade zombies would give her higher grade energy cores.

Of course, that was based on the condition that she could kill the enemy.

Luo Qing Chen’s confident heart suddenly became nervous.

Although she didn’t show it, she could feel the cold sweat that appeared on her back.

It was a low and mechanical voice that rang in her ear that responded to her provocation.

“I alone am enough to take care of you.”

God!  This zombie could understand what she was saying and could respond to it.

How was this possible!  Zombies were new creatures, even if they could learn languages, how could it be this fast!  How was this possible……

Before Luo Qing Chen could react, the armoured zombie was already charging at her.

It had a strange forehead that had chunks of rotten flesh falling off.  There was a golden glow on its neck and its bloody teeth were very sharp.

It wasn’t the same as the normal teeth of zombies, it was twice as long as the teeth of humans which looked terrifying.

Luo Qing Chen saw it attacking and moved slightly to the right to dodge its attack.

It had to be said, this ugly zombie really was fast.  If she had hesitated for a second, her neck might have been bitten by its teeth.

“He, he, he, he!”  There was a cold laugh that rang out.  Luo Qing Chen saw its bloody mouth moving to say, “Not bad!  You have some skills!  But that doesn’t change the ending, you will all die……you will all die……”

As soon as its voice fell, there was another red bolt of lightning in the sky before the deafening sound of thunder roared out.

Luo Qing Chen was dressed in black with her long hair fluttering in the wind.  She tightly held the Phoenix Dance Sword, not daring to let her focus scatter even by a bit.

The lightning fell down right in her direction, creating a deep gap in the ground that was three meters wide.

Luo Qing Chen looked up a bit and felt strangely nervous.

Qian Si Nai who had finished bandaging his wound stood by her side and looked over to say, “How about we make a bet?”

“What bet?”

“If we win, you’ll promise me one thing.  If we lose, I’ll promise you one thing.”

“No.”  Luo Qing Chen decisively shook her head, rejecting this seemingly ‘fair’, but was actually an unfair bet.

If she lost, so what if she had ten thousand promises?  Could she cut in line to report to the King of Hell!?

“Then what if it was the other way?”  Qian Si Nai said with a chuckle, “If we lose, you’ll promise one one thing and if we win, it’ll be the opposite.”
