Chapter 112

112 Preparation

Jersey Saint hospital is a large public hospital that existed before the emergence of superpowers and even after the rise, the hospital still remained, unlike the rest.

It was located in Pisces city, and the popularity of the hospital was always on the increase because of its large percentage of pro bono treatment.

Naomi stood beside the television screen in the classroom, while her eyes were glued to the people in front of her.

“The mission is we destroy Jersey saint hospital before next week,” Naomi said.

There was a nod from a few of the students when they heard Naomi, as they had been informed about the mission.

“There’s really no need to formulate any plan. I say we kill every single person in the hospital, it’s not something to ponder about.” Xavier blurted.

“Xavier is right.” A second after Xavier spoke, Levi’s voice rang out.

“The academy said to destroy the hospital, and I can’t think of a better way to destroy them than annihilating every person in the hospital,” Levi said.

It wasn’t only Levi and Xavier that thought the best way to get the mission done was through murdering everyone in the hospital, the twins, and a few of the others believed the same.

.....

Naomi, however, shook her head, “There are innocent people, we can’t kill them.” Naomi said.

A sneer appeared on Levi’s face when Naomi spoke. “We aren’t some goody-two-shoes, the mission is to destroy Jersey saint hospital and that’s what we will be doing.”

“Be it children, adults, or even animals, we shouldn’t spare any of them. That’s how we are to take care of this mission.” Levi exclaimed.

“No, if you want to go ahead with the mission, then please feel free to, but we wouldn’t be accompanying you on your death escapade,” Naomi said.

Levi was about to make his way out of the room, when Naomi’s voice rang out.

“What do you mean?” Levi asked.

And in response, an expression full of mockery appeared on Naomi’s face. “Think about it for a second, the academy didn’t say annihilate, obliterate, or even murder, instead they said to destroy.”

“There are many ways to destroy the hospital, and killing doesn’t have to be one of them,” Naomi stated.

“Even though we can wipe out the hospital, can we do it within five or ten minutes?” Naomi paused, “I’m afraid we can’t.”

“This is one of the best public hospitals in the city, and trust me, the heroes league and the governments have their eyes on it. It will not be like the Bass family, and a single mishap that occurs in the hospital, the government will be immediately notified.”

“So, what do you suggest?” Melinda asked.

Everyone in the classroom Including Levi and Xavier had to admit that there was indeed a point in the words that were spoken by Naomi. And when Melinda spoke, they looked at Naomi optimistically.

A smile appeared on Naomi’s face, she moved her gaze to the television screen and a blue house plan emerged.

Naomi waved her hand at the television, and another image appeared. It was also a house plan, and a second after the image came up, Naomi waved her hand again.

The sequence continued until the seventh image appeared on the television screen. Naomi then pointed her hand at the screen and said.

“The yellow area is the lobbies room, the gray is the staff and admin block, the green is the wards, the purple is the treatment area, the brown is the exams room, and the red is the service area.”

As Naomi spoke the image on the screen changed, and it was only after a few seconds when she was done speaking, that it stopped changing.

“There are seven departments in the hospital, seven board of directors, and seven department heads in the hospital.” Naomi paused.

“And if we want to destroy Jersey saint hospital, this is the place and the people we are going to be dealing with. Not the innocent lives in the hospital, but the people running it.” Naomi stated.

After Naomi spoke, she turned toward Camille and nodded her head.

Camille took the papers that were on the desk and handed them to the people in the classroom one after the other. Once everyone had a paper in their hand, Camille returned to her former position.

“We have a week to destroy Jersey saint hospital, and the first plan I suggest we make is we slash their funding.” With a smile on her face, Naomi muttered.

Like any other public hospital, Jersey saint is run by government healthcare funding, and once we cut their funding, it’s just like getting rid of their hands.

“Without funding and the governmental support, the health care system of the hospital would start to deteriorate.”

As Naomi spoke, most of the people in the room had their eyes on the paper that was given to them. They scanned through the papers, and some of them had an amused expression on their face, while some didn’t.

“The reason why we are unable to attack the hospital is because of the government, and now you say we destroy the government funding, would you like to explain, how we are going to do that!” Xavier raised his voice.

It was as though Naomi had expected those comments from one of them as a second after Xavier spoke, her voice rang out.

“It is simple,” Naomi responded.

“I have made my research on the hospital long before this mission was given to us. And the funds received from the government are deposited into the hospital safe.” Naomi said and then turned towards the television screen.

As she waved her hand at the screen, another building plan appeared, with the words seventh floor at the bottom of the plan.

The image on the screen was soon zoomed in and Naomi pointed her hand at the purple area on the screen.

“This is the room of the dean of the medicine, and it is also where the funds are being stored,” Naomi said. “I believe that there is a secret room here, and that’s where it is kept.”

“Doctor Wesley Sprinkles,” Becky muttered as she read the name that was on the paper.

Naomi nodded her head, “Wesley is the dean of medicine, and he is also a member of the hospital board. So, once we get to the room, we move out every single penny that’s there or whatever is there.”

“The funds we are referring to isn’t four or five figures, it will be way more than that. Are you certain that the hospital would keep that sort of amount in a room and not in the bank?” It was Aiden that spoke.

“Jersey saint isn’t a decent hospital, there are as shady as it can get. And I’m one hundred percent sure that their funds are being kept inside the hospital.” Naomi affirmed.

Naomi decided to let out more details that she found out about the hospital, and once it was all cleared, she moved on to the next phase of the plan.

???????????????? ???????????????????????????? ???????????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????? ????????????????????-????????????.????????????

Even though it was all written on the papers in their hand, Naomi still took her time to explain the details.

Unbeknownst to Naomi, as she elaborated on the plans, she had left an impression on Raphael.

Raphael stared at the paper that was in his hand before then moving his gaze to Naomi and as he stared at her, a smile hung on his face. And it wasn’t only Raphael that seemed impressed, the owl on his shoulder also appeared to be impressed.

“With my skills, I’m going to hack into the systems, and try to ensure that we do not encounter any problem until we have completed the mission,” Naomi said.

“The next phase of the plan is to destroy their health care infrastructure.”

“Electricity supplies, water, healthcare facilities, administrative centers, warehouses, every essential product that are of value to them, we are going to destroy it,” Naomi said.

Naomi paused for a few seconds, and after it seemed like they had assimilated the words she had just spoken, her voice rang out.

“The hospital destruction will be a gradual process, and thankfully the academy has given us seven days to deal with them.” Naomi paused, “Camille, the second paper.”

Camille already had papers in her hand, and when she heard Naomi, she simply began to distribute the papers to the people in the room.

“The papers in your hands entail the details of the number of staff, residents, and guards. And also the event that each department have, and as well the locations of the security cameras.”

“Lastly, the information we need to know about the hospital, both inside and outside the hospital,” Naomi said.

If Raphael had been impressed with the plans that Naomi had constructed, then when he heard about this phase of it, she had gained his attention.

“Once we have the funds gone, the infrastructure also destroyed, then we overburden the healthcare system by creating too many patients.”
