Chapter 207 - 207 Return To The Academy

207 Return To The Academy

“I believe this is the right place,” said Raphael as he stared at the map in his hand.

No, kidding, the alley was one of the biggest places in the academy, as even with the map directing him, it still Raphael hours to arrive at the Deacon forest.

A snort suddenly came from Gus, who was on his shoulder, and as Raphael raised his head, he seized the figure in front of him.

A stark naked two-headed, four armed as well as four-legged man, sat on a stool a few meters away from Raphael.

The man was hairy all over that even though he wasn’t putting on any clothing, the hairs around him covered his junk from being seen.

And to the student who had encountered the man, they considered it to be a terrific thing. Considering he had doubled his hand, head, and legs, who knows what he would harbor below?

Raphael was quick to move his gaze to the man’s face after a few seconds. He took steps forward, and once he arrived in front of the man, he spoke.

“Raphael Queen, second-year student, reporting back to the academy.”

There was then a moment of awkwardness between Raphael and the man.

.....

Earlier, it hadn’t just been Raphael who was seizing the man, he was also doing the same.

But, while Raphael spent less than five seconds on it, the man’s action was otherwise. He had his eyes fixed on Raphael’s body, and even as he stood before, he didn’t stop to seize him up.

The stare was creepy to say the least…

Raphael was however able to remain neutral to the man’s stares, but if at most, the man were to make a move, Raphael was more than prepared for him.

“Warrior spirit.” The man suddenly muttered.

Zeddicus then clapped his hand together, “You have, I, Zeddicus of the north, approval, you may now proceed to new age city.”

The casual clap by Zeddicus brought forth a split in the forest was in… It became more like an inter dimension, and as Raphael stared at the view in front of him, his mouth opened slightly.

Wondrous!

Raphael moved his gaze to the two-headed men, but much to his surprise, the man was no longer in front of him.

He took a breath and then walked forward.

New age city.

Unlike its name, the city had catastrophic surroundings. Ruined buildings, fire outbursts, lightning sparks, and most especially meta beasts flocked around the city.

Not to also forget, they were acidic rain in some places in the city.

Raphael stared at the places he was in, and he couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow.

There was no point in turning around, as once his whole body stepped into the city, the split that was created by Zeddicus closed immediately.

“Dinosaurs,” Raphael slowly mumbled.

The appearance of dinosaurs surely intrigued Raphael, as those beasts were said to have gone extinct.

But, in this city, they existed.

Raphael allowed his mind to wonder what sort of powers they will possess considering they were metabeasts. And he didn’t have to wait too long when one of the dinosaurs opened its mouth.

A ball that was condensed of four different elemental powers emerged from the dinosaurs.

Raphael was left thundered by the sight of a huge ball, and when he struck it as a target, he staggered a few steps backward.

Catastrophic!

There was however no fear on his face, instead, it was pure excitement. As Raphael stared at the dinosaurs, he was like a kid who was curious about what was in a toy that made it act the way it did.

“Raphael!”

“Raphael!!!”

A bone-chilling smile appeared on Raphael’s face as he felt someone touching his shoulder.

He turned towards the person with a grim look on his face, but just as he laid eyes on Becky, and Melinda, the expression on his face softened a little.

“Jeez, what are you thinking about, I’ve been calling you for like an hour.” Becky blurted.

Raphael raised an eyebrow after Becky spoke.

It couldn’t be that time moved twice faster in here, could it? Raphael could vividly recall that he had only just arrived here, not to talk off an hour, he hadn’t even spent fifteen minutes here.

As Melinda saw the look on Raphael, she spoke.

“She’s messing around with you,”

Raphael relaxed a bit upon Melinda’s words. He turned towards Becky, and seeing her tongue hanging out of her mouth, he shook his head.

“Anyway, we need to hurry up,” Melinda said, “Everyone has been waiting for you to arrive.”

“Why?” Raphael asked, seemingly perplexed.

Melinda paused, “The instructors said, the city won’t be open to us until you arrive, so we have no choice but to wait for you.”

“You mean…” Raphael pointed his hand at the dinosaurs in front, and Melinda instantly understood what he was referring to.

She nodded her repeatedly, “All this isn’t real.”

“New age city is more dreadful than this of course.”

As Raphael stared at Melinda, he couldn’t exactly pin the dot, but there was a change in demeanor that he received from her.

Almost like she was more confident about her prowess.

“Let’s go, Raphael.”

Raphael’s lips curved inwardly, and he cracked his left knuckles, before then moving forward.

It took a few minutes, and the three of them arrived at a camp. Raphael glanced at the surrounding, and as he saw a trio waving hands at him, he smiled lightly.

“Raphael, over here!” Bane’s voice rang out.

Bane’s appearance hadn’t changed much since the last time they met. The same goes for Aiden, as well as Devon.

A smile hung on Raphael’s face, however, the smile on his face soon disappeared when he sensed a killing intent from the surrounding.

The expression on Raphael’s face turned grim instantly, he turned towards the direction which the killing intent was coming from.

“Hilario,” Raphael mumbled.

There were hundreds of students from each of the seven divisions glaring at him, but as Raphael laid eyes on Hilario, a light frown appeared on his face.

“Raphael!!!!!!!!!”

Followed by that loud voice was a figure leaping towards Raphael, and as Raphael saw the black-haired woman, his lips curved into an amused smile quickly.

He grabbed Elisa by the waist, as she wrapped her legs around him.

There was a smile on both of their faces, and after trailing her hand across Raphael’s face, Elisa spoke.

“I missed you so much.” She said as she wrapped her hands around his neck.

There was tenderness, warmth, and in fact love, present in her voice, and then seeing the look on that god-crafted face of his, the blissful smile on Elisa’s face widened.

The blue glittering eyes, that were frightening to others caused their heart to melt, and as he spoke softly to her body tingled in delight.

“I missed you too,” Raphael said, looking into Elisa’s eyes.

Then, ignoring the gazes of the people in the surrounding, including her brother whose mouth was wide open, Elisa pulled Raphael in for a wild kiss.
