“They attribute Yao Tang’s excellence to her teachers,” Xiao Liu ended his explanation.
The image of Xi Yanpopped up in his mind. Was it possibleYao Tang’s impressive results were all because of her?

“Instruct the director to tell them that we hold no such standards over our teachers, much less our students. Tell them they must have had the wrong information.”
His voice rang out with a finality that showed he was unwilling to compromise.
Xiao Liu grimaced. “The thing is, they already know that the person they listened to isYao Tang. They also know that she is just a student. The only thing they don’t know is the fact that she is far more capable than our teachers.”

“Consider how Yao Tangwas able to attract a top student fromCity FNo. 1 High School. Isn’t this as good as payback for all the times they poached our best teachers over the last few years?”
His words were meant to reassure the principal, but the latter didn’t see it that way at all.
At that moment, only one thought was running in Principal Kong’s mind—Yao Tanghad caused trouble for him again!
“She usually kept a low profile, so how did these people discover her, anyway?”

“I really don’t think we should be worried about this. They came to our school because they like Yao Tangand wanted their young master to be her classmate. They aren’t planning to take her away. Instead, they brought another excellent student over.”
“You still have a long way to go,” Principal Kongsaid emphatically.
He had thought of this, too, but he was still worried.
Things always became unpredictable when it came to that girl.
“So you’re saying that we should just let the boy enroll in Yao Tang’s class, right?” he grumbled after a while.
“There shouldn’t be a problem, Principal. You’re thinking too much.”
After all, Yao Tangwasn’t the type to actively seek trouble, in spite of her unmistakable strengths.
“On another note, Principal. Since Yao Tangis already giving remedial lectures to her classmates, why don’t we allow the other students to join as well? Perhaps she can help everyone to improve their academics.”
It would be an interesting endeavor, to be sure, and the results would be well worth it.
If everyone’s grades improved, then there was a high chance that the school would also move higher in the provincial rankings.
They might even double their acceptance rate for the college entrance exams!
