The Thirteenth Day Without Divorce — In High Spirits (1)

After posting, Liang Yan nervously scrolled through the comment section. There were a few grim posts such as: [Hehe… you also know you don’t deserve, huh.], then, the rest were uniform posts: [Phew, I’m relieved.]

Liang Yan touched her chest, breathing a sigh of relief. Finally, she didn’t have to be beaten by Lu Lincheng’s fans.

On the other side, Zhou Yang, who was angry just now, read her response on Weibo. The corners of his mouth twitched like he was suffering from a stroke. “She’s… what does this… mean?”

According to Zhou Yang’s impression of Liang Yan, she should be a white lotus, jumping out to confirm it and saying that fans accidentally caught them. Then, she would cause a bloodbath, desperately brushing her sense of existence. But now, Zhou Yang was caught off guard as she denied their connection, cutting relations.

Lu Lincheng stared at his phone screen and at Liang Yan’s desperate denial. Last night, he remembered that she was like a goblin, tightly wrapped around his body.

The scratch marks under his collarbone were still slightly painful. This was a result of too strong stimulation, causing Liang Yan to hold on to him tightly.

The more Lu Lincheng recalled it, the more his face darkened.

He suddenly had a feeling that he was tossed out by Liang Yan, who refused to admit it as soon as she was sober.

What a very good Liang Yan.

Lu Lincheng turned off his phone and said nothing. The air around him turned colder, and his body exuded a sense of indifference, telling others not to come any closer.

Zhou Yang didn’t dare to say anything and only stared at the number of Liang Yan’s fans which couldn’t compare with Lu Lincheng’s.

Not long after Liang Yan’s denial and post on Weibo, Zhou Yang, Lu Lincheng’s agent used his own account and posted on Weibo: “It’s only an allergy, no need to be too uptight. Smile.jpg.”

As a famous gold medal agent in the industry, the fans and most of the public knew that Zhou Yang was Lu Lincheng’s agent. It was appropriate of him to break the silence and come out, denying the issue.

First, it would show that Lu Lincheng was too busy with filming to care about this messy news. Second, Zhou Yang used his personal Weibo which was more appropriate; it was also easier to send it out like he was complaining which showed that this was just a small matter and nothing major.

Liang Yan returned to her apartment from the airport and just read Zhou Yang’s new Weibo post. She scratched her head.

The fans set off firecrackers to celebrate!

[Ah, finally! Someone came out to clarify! So happy!]

[Is Lincheng allergic to something? Are you all right? I’m very worried.]

[Liang Yan rubs the heat again… so speechless.]

[There are always people who imagine white thighs when they see arms and nudity at the thought of white thighs. Since his debut, Lu Lincheng never had an affair. Don’t speculate maliciously.]

Liang Yan’s nose twitched.

Liang Yan was surprised that there were some fans who thought Lu Lincheng, who had a cool and aloof personality, was a virgin.

She sighed, placed her suitcase down, and cleaned the house… then, she received Jiang Mu’s Weibo message.

[What did you do in Gudong City again?]

[Didn’t I tell you not to audition for that movie?]

[Can you just listen to me? You’re going to piss me off!]

Liang Yan was aware she did something bad. She could imagine Jiang Mu’s anger from across the screen, so she just simply replied: [The audition failed.]

Jiang Mu: [Apart from this… is there anything else… going on?]

Liang Yan lied. [What else? If there’s anything else, just say it and laugh if you want, ah.]

Jiang Mu replied after a while: [Nothing.]

Jiang Mu: [Last time, I told you about the livestream platform, and you didn’t want to go. You don’t have to be there if you don’t want to. Also, no more hiding it from me and then going around to audition for a role.]

Liang Yan, who lost her memories three years ago, was too simple to notice other people’s feelings.

Liang Yan stared at the chat box. Then she thought about her empty schedule. Her eyes darkened. [If I don’t go to auditions, what would I do? Jiang Mu, do I have to quit?]

[I don’t want people to speak about me as only Lu Lincheng’s wife. Maybe I would be an ex-wife at that time, and the only thing that people will remember would be my CP videos with another artist in a variety show.]
