Chapter 30: Fighting The Silver Beetle 1

For a leader to be this cruel, it could be seen that this Silver Beetle was no ordinary beetle. It could decide when to fight and when not to fight. It was much more intelligent than other beetles.

Seeing all of its subordinates dead, the Silver Beetle finally decided to make its move. Qin Feng also became very serious seeing that the Silver Beetle was ready to make its move.

The Silver Beetle moved. It was extremely fast. As it moved, it left behind a few of its afterimages. It was so fast that Qin Feng was unable to see its moving track.

Qin Feng, who was at a loss, was unable to dodge the attack of the Silver Beetle. He was sent flying by the front leg of the Silver Beetle. Although he knew his strength was far from his opponent's level, but he never thought the difference between him and the Silver Beetle to be this big.

"Fuck! Why is it so fast!" Qin Feng scolded the Silver Beetle as it was really too fast.

Criekk!

Seeing that it was not able to kill Qin Feng in a single blow, the Silver Beetle let out a strange voice while waving both of its front legs. It looked as if it was mocking Qin Feng for being too weak.

"Damn it!" Seeing the behaviour of the Silver Beetle, Qin Feng cursed in low voice.

The figure of Silver Beetle flashed once again and immediately appeared in front of Qin Feng. Without giving Qin Feng any chance, it attacked him with its front leg with lightning speed.

Qin Feng, who was physically weak compared to the Silver Beetle, was clearly not the opponent of Silver Beetle. But no matter what, he has to block the attack of Silver Beetle.

"Bang!"

"Burp!"

To block the attack of Silver Beetle, Qin Feng raised his long blade in front of his chest which collided with Silver Beetle's front leg. After the collision, Qin Feng was once again sent flying while vomiting out a mouthful of blood.

"What should I do? I can't just keep defending this way anymore. Once I make even a single mistake, this Silver Beetle will kill me with only one hit!" Qin Feng knew his situation very well.

There was still one way left. If he were to release his Thunder Spear, he could still fight against this Silver Beetle or he might be able to kill it as well. But he does not want to release the Thunder Spear so soon.

He wanted to see to what extent he could fight against this Silver Beetle on his own, without releasing the Thunder Spear.

"Criekk!"

The Silver Beetle launched another attack at Qin Feng but unlike before, this time Qin Feng did not choose to dodge or block the attack, he rushed up to the Silver Beetle, ready to launch his own attack.

"Shua!" The Silver Beetle's leg split over to Qin Feng, but Qin Feng slipped on his feet, and the whole person actually fell down on the ground and slide over.

The Silver Beetle missed its target while Qin Feng slipped over to the backside of the Silver Beetle and slashed with his long blade.

"Clang!"

A sound of metal colliding echoed after his long blade touched the back of Silver Beetle. The Silver Beetle let out a painful shriek as a long blade of Qin Feng cut through the back of Silver Beetle and pierced three inches deep inside the beetle's body.

After injuring the Silver Beetle, Qin Feng hurriedly retreated a few steps back, distancing himself from the beetle.

"Criekk!"

The Silver Beetle was angered and immediately raised his forefoot toward Qin Feng's chest. Its sharp forefoot started to shine silver metallic light. Although Qin Feng had already distanced himself from the Silver Beetle, he still smelled the smell of death.

Qin Feng did not know why but he was not scared at all instead, he became even more excited. His battle intent soared as he once again prepared to fight head-on with the Silver Beetle.

But he forced himself to calm down as he was not the opponent of Silver Beetle with his current strength. Fighting head-on against the Silver Beetle was no less than committing suicide. So, after forcing himself to not fight head-on, he turned back and ran even deeper into the cave.

"Hoo!" The Silver Beetle's figure flashed as it disappeared from his place and appeared at the place where Qin Feng was standing just a moment ago. Its forefoot fell straight and went straight to Qin Feng's chest!

Qin Feng once again felt the threat of death. But exactly at this moment, his body began to respond instinctively as his breathing, heartbeat, and blood circulation became rapid. His speed has also increased significantly, and his ability to perceive his surroundings has also increased greatly.

For a moment, he felt that everything around him seems to have slowed down. Silver Beetle, who was so fast that Qin Feng was unable to see its figure clearly, was also slowed down to the point where he could see the track of how it was attacking him with its forefoot.

"Shua!" Qin Feng immediately turned back and the long blade in his hand swayed backward.

"Clang!" The long blade accurately blocked the sharp forefoot of the Silver Beetle, then took advantage of this and ejected backward. Not stopping here, he once again rushed toward the Silver Beetle with great momentum.

That Silver Beetle was forced to retreat and when it balanced itself, it saw Qin Feng rushing toward it. It raised its front leg once again and hacked at Qin Feng's neck but Qin Feng bent half of his body backward and slipped over.

His body passed under the Silver Beetle's front leg. When he was about to pass the Silver Beetle's body, he slashed his long sword at the waist of Silver Beetle.

"Burp!"

Green Blood immediately gushed out from its waist like a fountain as his long sword actually cut down half of the Silver Beetle's waist.
