Chapter 320 - You Go Marry Her!

"Javier!" 

Charles shouted on the of his lungs to give Javier a contact glare, in the hope to remind his brother about the consequences.

To his dismay, Javier didn't pay even a glance at Charles to look.

Rather, his eyes were already stagnant at his father who seemed amused to hear his words. 

"May I know what the meaning of this is, Javier?" Shawn's question stirred the alarms of Charles who was scared that his brother might reveal things.

'No, this is the right time for him to do..' 

Knowing about the current scenario around them, this would be the worst option to consider. He feared that in hurry and sentiments of the flow, Javier might blurt out about his marriage.

His eyes were wide due to his terror with the slight fury that was already allocated in his mind, "Father, Javier was o-" 

"I asked him, Charles. If he is saying that Jennifer Taylor isn't a mere hostage, then I would like to know what she is then? We should also know about her title and use them, shouldn't we?" 

Charles wanted to stop him in the middle but Javier signaled him not to do so. 

Since Javier's face shows the determination that clearly indicated that he wasn't going to infer this around. 

Taking a deep breath, he opened his mouth to say, "She is special to me. Someone, whom I can't return back to the monster to marry her. No, I can't…" came a short and simple reply from Javier at which Shawn smiled. 

But that smile never reached till his ears 

"Good for you. Maybe she has warmed your bed. I don't wish to come into your life, since that isn't my business but the exterior and well-being of yours is my thing. And if I have to take that step, I will." 

"Try touching Jennifer and I will ruin this nice mansion of yours, including you.."  Javier's threat wasn't a mere one either. 

Knowing the temperament of his son, he can go to any lengths for the ones he loves.

At this point, Shawn was irritated with Javier's behavior even more. The same could be said easily just from the way Shawn eyed Javier with the pure aversion in his eyes. "You need a checkup of your eyes then…"

Javier didn't mind the sentence. But he has already felt the disgust lingering consistently around and made things awkward. "Keep your hands off her."

"But why!? Your fiance is Emily. I was thinking of letting you both go on vacation. It would be a superb idea to do so. You both will be able to interact with each other as well."

"Moreover, she is a nice girl. Get her as the Johnson bride. An outstanding family background, stunning, and will bear me a grandchild as well. Javier, what have you seen in that damn Lucas's bride to leave a girl like Emily!?" Shawn expressed his displeasure with the current behavior of Javier which was ultimately disapproved by Javier on the line.

In his accordance, the man in front of them was no less than any estranged. But at the same time, Shawn can't help but once again be mesmerized that his son hasn't changed. 

He is the same reflection on his mother, stubborn.

Javier didn't seem interested in any talks of Emily. He rolled his eyes to get his back rested at the chair while closing his eyes. 

'Let this old man barks the overrated and fake qualities of my dear fiance…' this thought crossed over his mind to let her coldness spread on his face

Noting that neither Javier nor Charles seems to pay attention to Emily's topic, made his blood pressure increase. "You both!"

"If you find her so wonderful, go and get married to her and have fun. She can bear you children, why have grandchildren when you can have children of your own…" These words let out of Javier's mouth on their own without opening his eyes.

These words were not enough to only make Charles' eyes wide but also make Shawn, whose forehead curved into a frown, "You know what are you even saying!?"

"I'm already a married man, having three children. You expect this out of me?!" The anger was evident but it didn't put much impact on Javier who seemed saint as ever. 

"Oh really?'' His laugh contained mocking, when he continued, "Did you think about this when you got entangled with that wife of yours, who was later termed as Shirley? I don't think so that you ever think of mother…" 

"Moreover, we were already old enough, in our teenage, to understand your blunder things and how you used to go to different places with your dear secretary….by lying to mum that it was a business meeting!" his words weren't liked by either of the present tones. 

Charles' who seemed quiet only felt the truth bombing over their heads. Unlike Javier, he maintained calm. 

But the same can't be said for Mr. Elder Johnson, whose face was red with the pitch of anger reaching its peak, "YOU!" 

"DON'T BRING PAST!" he hissed, but Javier's smile only widened, "What happened? Did you feel bad because I opened old wounds?" 

"Stop it both of you…" Charles muttered,  in a bit of a low tone, but none actually listened to his words.

Javier didn't tear his eyes from that of his father, who seemed angry already, "My words are simple, Do not think about Jennifer. I'm not giving her back." 

"Why not?! Even better than that, I want you to actually go and get Emily pregnant, at least we will be secured with her family investing in our funds." Hearing this, both Charles and Javier's eyes flew to their father's face. 

'Is this old man out of his mind? But he never had one…' with his mere thought crossing his mind, Javier seemed to stop himself but Charles already had the heights of the fight between the two men. 

"I want you both to stop yourself! This is enough for you both.  No one is getting anyone pregnant or what?!"
