Chapter 12 - Druids Pristess Insignia
This Morning Zhao Li Xin is in his best mood, his pressuring cold aura toned down a little bit once a while he would smile or grimace more likely but his sudden changed only make the servant inside his Manor uptight than ever they feel like bad omen coming for them they not dare to make mistakes with their jobs they not even dare to make a sound suddenly the Ninjing Manor where Zhao Li Xin lived is quite than usual.
Zhao Li Xin is in his study room,the room is so big with only three colors inside it was black, grey and gold and nothing more the wood and stone complement each other, the room is cold, hard and stoic just like his character at the middle there is black wooden table with black wooden armchair, a pile of book and ink paintbrush arranged neatly on the table behind him there is massive mountain scenery carved with grey stones on the wall, more calligraphy is hanging on the right and left side wall,two medium square lantern illuminated the room together with few candle on the side table, on the floor there is rug with big and small dragon embroidery, this room not just for study room but also the room where his accept his subordinated and underling, this is the place where they send their report and progress also admitted their mistakes and faults, this is the kinda room who are built not for relaxation.
In this scary room, Zhao Li Xin sits alone reading the report about Luo Ri Yi, 17 years old, unmarried, everything about her is written in detail but still he feels something is off, her background is so ordinary it's become weird. In the middle of night Zhao Li Xin watch Lory at the maid courtyard, all people already returned to their chamber prepare to sleep. The manor becomes more quite only a few guards roaming around inside the manor but at maid courtyard, the security seems lax only one guard near the entrance maid courtyard, well no one cares about the safety of lowly maids after all. Zhao Li Xin leans on the high tree branch waiting for her.
A few hours later the woman he waiting for is out from her room she sat on the porch gazing at the moon while white bird flew above her head then nestle om her laps, she gazing at the crescent moon with lonely eyes then she slowly hide her face between her knee like she was crying, Zhao Li Xin wondering is someone inside the Manor bullied her suddenly he feels uncomfortable and his heart aching this is bizarre feeling for him he never felt this way to anyone not even with his owned family.
Lory take a deep breath she got up then she pulled out something from the bush who turns out to be the rope with broken hoe the same rope she used to climb the wall, it took only a few seconds for her to got out from the Lao Manor the security around the main courtyard is the worst but maybe no one would have guessed a weak servant would climb in and out the manor without fear being punished and kick out of the Manor.
To get inside the forest from Lao Manor is not hard you only need to walk a few meters from the wall fence then follow the small path behind the bush and row of persimmon three and 'voila' here she is. The forest is dark and eerie at night but Lory never fears being alone in the forest on contrary she feels sensed of familiarity she feels comfortable and more like herself inside the forest maybe because she spends the last decade of herself inside the forest and abandons mine or cave.
Zhao Li Xin follow her from above he leap between branches he wondering where this little girl go at the middle of night is she planning to meet someone, Zhao Li Xin become more curious the report that sends to him never mention about this turn out his shadow guard become more careless with their jobs, he reminded himself to punish them later. After a few hours, she bends her body pass the shrub and thick low branches, in front of her spread blue flower-like big rugs covering the ground. The faint light illuminated the flower made the scene more mysterious and magical at the same time, Lory's hands caress the flower petal while she walks among the flower.
The flower who was never supposed to be exist in this world just like her they were stranger in this world, this flower called 'Bluebell Flower' a mysterious flower her existence cover with myth and legend among the people a flower who was fear and loved at the same time 'The witch Flower' some of them may said it.
