The Lovely Empress had suddenly become extremely flustered when she had heard old freak mentioning her random alias.
Ji Yuan turned to the Smiling Divine Maiden who displayed him a weak faint smile as she nodded slowly to indicate indeed this was the case.
He had slapped his forehead hard now, "Who is the one that says we can't be viewed by anyone in this trial…"

But before she could finish, she was swept aside by a thunderous dark light that exploded and enveloped everything as it swallowed up everyone including Ji Yuan, the Lovely Empress and the short old man…

Indeed, when some of the debris were cleared, he could see the Smiling Divine Maiden, the Lovely Empress, the old freak and Ji Yuan were all lying flat on the ground and they were scattered all over the place.
