Chapter 74 - 74: Hugo Duel 2
Boom!?
"Ugh." Being sent flying into the air Hugo grunted with wide eyes. Before he could think of anything, he saw me coming down with another hammer swing on top of his right shoulder.

"Man, almost hit your head there. Don't want to end this too quickly, am I right." I said sarcastically, landing on my feet a few meters away from Hugo.
"You bitch." Hugo mumbled, getting up on his hands.
"Hmm, did you say something?" I inquired appearing next to Hugo's' side with another hammer swing going against his gut, sending him towards the arena wall with the hammer breaking.
"Aah!?"
Before he could hit the wall, I appeared before him bring my other hammer down on him, breaking it as well.
"2 hits, not too bad. Especially against your defense." I said, looking at the 2 broken weapons in my hand. Dispelling the hammers, I walked over to another 2 on the ground I through in the beginning.
"Now with this, I have another 28 hammers to destroy against your body," I said, looking back at the standing Hugo with a smirk.
Looking around the arena, you could see 28 war hammers lying around the ground in a circle with Hugo and me in the middle, as she said. They weren't normal war hammers either they had a smaller handle than normal, and chains connected to the end of the handle.
'Huh, that wasn't just random throwing at the start, as expected from her.' Mom thought, nodding in satisfaction.
I started to spin the hammers again, disappearing and reappearing in front of him, crouched down, aiming for his knees.
"You won't be needing these anymore?" I commented with a grin.
Surprisingly Hugo had dodged the hammers just in time, making the hammers hit each other, creating an explosion that engulfed both of us.
"Oh, you dodge that, but I don't think that's a good idea," I said, referring to the explosion. Smirking, I added. "I might have fire-resistant, but you definitely don't have that" I said while the smoke cloud was disappearing, revealing us. While I was completely fine. the same could not be said for Hugo, though. His main was sizzling, and he had some black marks on his face.
"YOU -!?" Hugo started saying before stopping himself seeing a hammer coming for his right shoulder again. He moved out of the way into the second hammer coming at his left shoulder. "Ugh, my shoulder."
"Huh, who the fuċk made your crappy armor?" I asked, seeing a few cracks appearing already. Reaching out my arm, I froze the cracks close, fixing them for the time being. "Tsk can't have you are breaking," I said, dodging Hugo's punch.
"Don't touch me, your filth," Hugo said, glaring at me.
"Hmm, I couldn't hear you. I have ice in my ears. Can you repeat that?" I said, moving my ears, revealing icicles in my ear.
"I fuċken said don't touch me!?" He shouted while running at me.
"But I didn't touch you. I touched your armor?" I said, tilting my head at him.
Sidestepping him, I swung both hammers to hit his back and front at the same time.
"You know what? I won't be holding back anymore," Hugo said, Flash Stepping away.
"Oh, you have Flash step?" I said, genuinely surprised.
"Of course, it's the simplest thing to do," Hugo said, smirking.
"If you say so," I said, knowing it isn't that simple to learn. I was luckily born with it. Running at him at full speed.
Running to his side, I hit his right knee with both hammers making him fall down on his knee. Jumping back, I got 2 new hammers before running at him again, going for the other knee this time.
*Boom*
Managing to dodge my second attack, an explosion again engulfed Hugo.
"How are you that fast!? Even when I use Flash Step, I bȧrėly dodge you!?" Hugo shouted in frustration, looking around for me.
"Yo, behind you," I said from behind him. Turning around, Hugo was met with a hammer aimed for his middle sections.

"Oh shit, I missed," I said with a giant grin on my face, not caring for him. "Well, it isn't like that will be of any use after tonight."
"YOU. Will. Pay. for. this," Hugo said with gritted teeth while holding his balls.
"I will? Who is going to make me pay for things that happened in a fair duel?" I said, focusing on the fair part.
"Fair? You lied about your skills and class. you have a class, don't you?" Hugo said while struggling to stand up.
"Lied? I never told you anything about my skills, and I really don't have a class. I am fighting you with my base stats, and they aren't even maxed out yet." I said with a bit frustrated about my stats not being maxed out.

"Hehe, you said your race is the best right?" I said, walking closer to him. stopping right in front of him, I continued in a voice just he could hear. "Do you think your race is better than a primordial?"

"Yeah, so whose race is better?" I said, not giving him time. I appeared in front of him, bringing my hammer upwards.

For the next 5 minutes, you could only see me running around, sending Hugo rolling or flying around in the arena.
"Ugh, I surre- Ugh," Hugo muttered, coming to a stop on the ground. Surprisingly he hasn't started a bleed, but he did lose his mane for the most part.
"No, no, you can't go and say that now," I said, stepping on Hugos' face. Looking at the chains in my hands, I sighed and mumbled. "I used all of them already. How disappointing."
Looking back at Hugo or more at his armor, I sighed again. I needed to fix his armor multiple times with my ice, so it didn't crumble in our fight. not that it matters anymore. As I dispel my ice in his armor, he hit crumbled of him, exposing his bȧrė ċhėst.
"Not even a shirt under the armor, really," I said with disgust looking at his furry ȧss body.
"Man, I am so happy I didn't get a crappy body like you," I said, picking up my for from his face.
"You bitch I will kill you," Hugo said before I brought my foot down again with all my strength breaking his jaw.

"Calm down. You are going to go berserk. Stacy will handle him." Kayda whispered into my ear, pushing her head against my back. Just then, Mom appeared next to the Duke with one leg raised aimed at his back.

"I don't think that's what Stacy is going for at the moment," Kayda said, letting me go and standing stood next to me.
"That's true. His insides aren't that far from being just mash at this point," I said, shaking my head.

"That's enough. We don't want anyone to die tonight." The King said, standing at the royal stands looking down at all of us.
"We have Sirone for healing. My mother can go one for a bit more." I said, waving the king off, baffling him.
