George starts laughing, causing her to glare at him, Levi was deep in thought, he felt that he needs another being that is quite adept at traveling and fighting underwater to help him keep this world safe.
He spoke “Lord Shadowslash, do you have any candidate in mind that is more focused on underwater battles, the sea of this world is at least 30 times larger than all the landmasses of this world combined.”
Shadowslash didn’t think of this and felt guilty towards Levi, he shook his head and asked “Do any of you have any potential candidate?”
Levi shook his head, George on the other hand raised his hand, the two guys were surprised, meanwhile, Illumise was feeling sour, it seems that she knew who the candidate was, making her very envious.
“I found a water elemental that has gained spirituality because of a small tribe of humans worshipping her, she would be a perfect candidate to become a world guardian.” What the three do not know, Shadowslash was shocked by the description of the water elemental.
Even though she does not know how to use it, he knew that she was carrying a tiny amount of fate Qi, even though it was passively circulating on her, she was still made up of fate Qi.
This then brought his attention towards the two, when he used his powerful spiritual eyes to see through their souls, he saw colorful glow radiating off their body.
‘As expected, they are covered with fate Qi, that means that Thousand Race Empire, no, the entire Thousand Forest Continent would also be covered with fate Qi.’ After discovering this, he knew that as long as he found a method to collect fate Qi in the lower realm, he would greatly increase the strength of his empire and the world guardians.
