Chapter 670: Going berserk

Shadowslash was very shocked of course but he is also confused, if it had an item like that why didn't it use it on itself.

While the four beasts were attacking the barrier with all they got, the two who were inside the barrier were chatting with each other leisurely.

The elk took out a nine colored water that exudes great vitality, upon seeing what it took out from its horns the beasts outside immediately started growling and greed could be seen in their eyes.

'This is my essence that I have been developing for ten thousand years, there are only 12 drops left in total as most of my essence were given to my child.'

'Why don't you use it on yourself?' Hearing this the elk shook it's head and answered him in a helpless manner.

'My kind have never been that violent, I might have powerful attack but it wouldn't be able to take down all four of these b*stards in my present condition.'

'Well if you can't fight why don't you try to flee then? From what I heard from these four you have been fleeing for countless of miles.'

'That is what I did before but it seems that these b*stards are able to track me because of my essence and each time I used my essence I would be weakened.'

Finally knowing this Shadowslash could only look at the elk with pity as he realised that these four beasts wouldn't let her go no matter what.

Without hesitation he took the nine colored water and with one gulp he drank it, this action stunned everyone including the elk as it hadn't thought that he would be bold enough to take all of its essence in one gulp.

'What are you doing? My essence isn't something you just drink like any normal water!' Just as it was very anxious iys eyes widen as in front of it Shadowslash was now exuding a powerful aura that causes the sky to go dim.

Large amount of foreign energy started to fly towards him as two stars appeared on the sky exuding a powerful and majestic aura.

Shadowslash was now feeling both pain and pleasure at the same time, his entire body was now rapidly changing with the help of the foreign energy in the air.

The two stars on the sky started rotating much faster and at greater power than usual, this continue for 3 minutes before the phenomenon dies down.

Roar! Howl! A dragon roar and a fox howl was heard as Shadowslash's body started to transform into his real form, the five beasts that were watching saw all of this scene and were greatly shocked.

"Hahaha!" Letting out a boisterous laugh he finally felt free again but after laughing for a couple of seconds he frowns, he realised that his instinct is going haywire.

His stomach started to rumble as his saliva started to drips down on his mouth, he was now having an inner battle with his own instinct as a beast.

Meanwhile his body is still sucking the foreign energy in the air and he was staring at ths four beasts with red beady eyes that seems to belong to a ravenous wolf.

The four beasts were quite scared, the feeling that they are now currently experiencing is fear and all of them realised something.

They are now the prey or the sheeps and Shadowslash was the predator or the wolf in the scene.

But this feeling piss off these four beasts as they have always been the overlords of their area and now they are actually feeling helpless.

Shadowslash then summoned his clone, now that he had recovered he could care less about him running out of Mana, he commanded his clone to bring the elk away and return back to the fox village.

Another dragon appeared besides him startling the five beasts, the dragon then used this opportunity to grab the elk that was now out in the open and flew away.

"You dare!"

"Where do you think you are going!"

"Roar!"

"Inside my space no one will escape!'

Immediately the four beasts reacted but before they could move Shadowslash opens his mouth and fired off a powerful dragon breath towards the spatial cage and broke an opening for his clone.

This sudden attack startled the beast but they quickly realised that their target would get away if they just stand there and watch but they couldn't move as the murderous intent that Shadowslash was exuding got more intense as seconds pass by.

These four overlords knew that if they ever let their guards down it would spell doom to any of them, they are greedy but they aren't irrational.

They believe in their instinct and the four of them chose survival than the treasure, the four of them looks at each other and nodded.

They started to step back but this move of them triggers Shadowslash who have now let himself go berserk.

Roar! With a roar he quickly charge towards the bull, seeing this the bull knew that it wouldn't escape so it charge towards it's opponent.

Boom! The two collided with their heads causing a loud thud to be heard, the two were equal in power.

That was the bull thought but before it could stabilized it's footing Shadowslash's claw hit it on the side causing it to fly sideward.

The moth knew that they would be killed if they don't fight back so it flaps it's wide wings creating a blade like energy to fly towards Shadowslash.

The tiger leaps towards Shadowslash with it's black claws and it's tail high and ready, the two headed bear both let's out two different kind of breath towards Shadowslash.

Because he was now in berserk mode he didn't dodge the attacks causing him to roar in fury especially after the tiger bit, slash and pricked him.

The blades that the moth have created were all made up of space attribute but even with such attack it didn't heavily injured Shadowslash it only harm him lightly.

Moo! The bull that was thrown earlier was furious it raised it's two giant front legs and stomps it into the ground as the ground beneath Shadowslash suddenly moves and turned into sharp and hard soil.

Once again Shadowslash didn't dodge but the attacks he had suffered made him angrier and the rate of his absorption on the foreign energy in the air increases.

Cracking sounds could be heard as his bones started transforming, his white bone started turning into pale yellow.

His horns started to get longer and the fireball on his head that kept changing into different colors also started to become bigger.

His wings started to become sturdier the cracks on his scale that he had received because of the attacks repairs itself but cracks again.

His blood flows out of his body, the two stars started to spin faster and faster, the skies darkens as lighting started flashing on the sky and thunder rumbles.

His blood started to change in color becoming brighter in color, as more blood came out of his body the more he cries in pain.

The four overlord beasts that were watching all of this were stunned but they quickly regains their wit and tries to flee but because of their action Shadowslash who was crying in pain and anger directed his gaze towards them.

Boom! A surge of killing intent suddenly envelops the four overlord beasts, the closest one was the gray tiger because of its method of attacks earlier.

Boom! Another loud thud could be heard as they saw Shadowslash grabbing the gray tiger and slamming it to the ground with great force to the point that the bull whom had the power to control the earth have to step up and protect the rest of its group from the aftershock.

They then saw Shadowslash opening his mouth and devouring the gray tiger, upon hearing the crunching sound that came from his mouth the remaining three overlords started trembling.

The moth then spoke "None of you move! It seems that he ignores us if we don't move so if you don't want to follow scorpion tiger king don't you dare move."

Just like what had the moth said Shadowslash ignores the three as he once again resume his painful metamorphosis.

His yellowish bones started turning golden but it was still considered a pale golden color, his blood have also started to become brighter and brighter.

The skies started to become darker and the lightning that was flashing everywhere stops and converged to the center.

The heaven seems to be angry as the remaining three overlords felt a pressure they had never felt before.

The three were slammed into the ground and they continue to be buried into the ground because of the force of the pressure.

While the three overlords felt their bones were cracking they all thought of a legend passed down by their ancestor or the information they received from their bloodline.
