29TH JAN 2023~SV

A total of three (part two)

Wen Qing’s tears streamed down his cheeks. Zhou Zhou hadn’t left yet, but Hades had already come.

Was today destined to be his death date?

As he thought so, the heavy breathing and growling of the three-headed dog was suddenly heard coming from the corridor outside the door.

Wen Qing whimpered. The next second, Zhou Zhou covered his mouth and softly hushed him, motioning for him to not make a sound.

“Bang, bang, bang——”

The footsteps approached from far away. They grew heavier and heavier, and it was mixed with the sounds of cracking and splashing.

Not long after, it stopped outside the door.

“Zi la——” claws scratched the door, emitting a bloodcurdling noise.

Zhou Zhou’s expression changed. He immediately pulled Wen Qing to retreat, protecting him behind him.

“Roar!”

With a low roar, the door was smashed down by a large force.

In a split second, the enormous body of the three-headed dog broke the narrow and small door frame, squeezing in impatiently. Three pairs of blood-red eyes stared directly at Wen Qing, drooling onto the floor.

Wen Qing’s eyes clouded with tears. His head went blank.

The three-headed dog’s father was here to find him. He couldn’t hide at all.

But…… the father of the three-headed dog and the three-headed dog looked exactly the same.

Soon, Wen Qing realised his mistake.

“Sit down.” a familiar voice sounded from outside the door.

The three-headed dog lowly growled twice. It bent its hind legs and set its front paws upright, and sat down obediently, but its eyes were still staring at Wen Qing.

Wen Qing didn’t look at it. Instead, he looked up towards the person behind the three-headed dog.

Ji Yu stood on the broken wooden door, smiling and looking at them in a genteel and refined manner.

He was wearing the same clothes he wore when he left a few hours ago, without any changes, as if he had never left this villa.

Wen Qing’s heart skipped a beat as he remembered a previous conversation between Ji Yu and Yu Xing.

【 Maybe that parent is very reasonable and won’t do anything, so the system didn’t say about what will follow. 】

【 It’s also possible that the so-called parent is busy doing some shady stuff. 】

Ji Yu was the three-headed dog’s father.

His so-called rationality was because he hadn’t played enough that time, and he wasn’t ready to act……

Zhou Zhou also realised this. His face darkened instantly.

Seeing this, Ji Yu laughed and gently said, “I still have to thank you for voting me out.”

“Otherwise, Wen Qing would suffer tonight.”

Wen Qing burst into tears. He thought, what are you calling otherwise……

Won’t I still suffer if I fall into your hands……

“Wen Qing, come here.” Ji Yu said.

Hearing his own name, Wen Qing’s body trembled minutely.

Zhou Zhou grabbed his wrist and coldly said, “Don’t go over.”

“He’s not a good person.”

Ji Yu questioned back, “And you are?”

The three-headed dog raised its head and let out a long howl, as if it was echoing Ji Yu’s words.

Zhou Zhou sneered, “I’m just a human being.”

“Really,” Ji Yu swept his gaze over Wen Qing’s pale face and calmly said, “I think Wen Qing’s doesn’t feel the same.”

Zhou Zhou’s expression was gloomy. He took a step forward.

The three-headed dog roared. Its three heads bared their teeth simultaneously, revealing their sharp and oozing canines.

Zhou Zhou’s expression remained completely unchanged. He stared at Ji Yu coldly.

Ji Yu lifted his eyelids and lightly said, “I can’t move you.”

“But Wen Qing is different.”

When he finished speaking, he casually raised his hand.

Suddenly, Wen Qing’s body rose into the air. He was pulled in front of Ji Yu by an invisible force.

Zhou Zhou quickly walked forwards, but the body of the three-headed dog laid on the ground, directly blocking his way with its huge body.

“Do you want to continue staying here until tomorrow night, or do you want me to bring you out of this bedroom?” Ji Yu lowered his eyes to gaze into Wen Qing’s eyes, a genial smile still on his face.

Wen Qing only felt terrified. He pursed his lips tightly, not daring to say anything.

Ji Yu nonchalantly said, “You have no way to leave this place by yourself.”

Wen Qing’s eyelashes trembled. Shaking, he raised his foot. Before his toes could touch the side of the door, he felt a force blocking him from leaving the bedroom.

His inability to leave the room had nothing to do with the presence of the door.

He gritted his teeth. If he didn’t leave, Zhou Zhou would definitely do something.

If he left, Ji Yu might do something to him, but the reminder that the system gave……

Thinking up until this point, Wen Qing’s footsteps stopped. He glanced at Ji Yu with tears in his eyes.

“Good child.” Ji Yu slowly raised a hand, motioning for him to hold it.

Wen Qing didn’t dare to hold his hand. He merely grabbed onto his sleeve cautiously.

Ji Yu quietly chuckled, and raised his feet to walk out the door.

Wen Qing tried to walk forwards. The force that had been blocking him earlier had disappeared.

He hurriedly left the room. The instant he got out, his hand relaxed, and he turned around, wanting to run.

However, his movements were far slower than Ji Yu’s. As soon as his legs began to take steps, his wrist was tightly grabbed by the other party.

Ji Yu tilted his head. Just like the previous few times, he calmly said to Zhou Zhou, “I’ll take Wen Qing away first.”

The moment his voice fell, the broken door reverted back to its original state, separating the two parties.

Wen Qing struggled hard, but he couldn’t break away from Ji Yu’s hand.

Ji Yu’s brows and eyes were gentle. His gaze swept over the tears on Wen Qing’s face. Gently, he said, “Wen Qing, you’ve worked hard.”

Wen Qing’s tears rolled down his cheeks. He couldn’t say anything.

“Bang——” suddenly, the door behind was slammed forcefully, making a sound.

Wen Qing’s body began to tremble involuntarily.

Ji Yu lifted a hand and gently patted his hand.

His hands felt just as warm as a normal human being, but Wen Qing felt a slight chill, like Promethean fire from the heavens, which made his hands and feet icy cold, making it difficult to control his body.

Wen Qing bit the bullet and endured it. The first time the three-headed dog appeared, the lyrics were used to send the three-headed dog away.

Then, the nursery rhyme this time…… maybe it was a way to send Ji Yu away too?

Smiling widely and nodding my head.

Wen Qing tried his best to pull up the corners of his lips, and squeezed out a crying-smiling expression.

Just as he was about to nod, a large hand pinched his chin.

The corners of Ji Yu’s lips were a little curved. His tone was a little doting. “Wen Qing has become smarter……”

“It’s too bad you’re a little slow.”

Wen Qing was forced to raise his head. In the blink of an eye, all of the strength in his body was drawn out, and he didn’t even have the strength to stand up, causing him to fall down weakly.

Ji Yu wrapped his arms around his waist and pressed him against the door.

Wen Qing was pressed against the door. The door was cold too, and the coldness seeped into his body along the corner of his clothes, rendering him even more unable to move.

“Bang——” the door was once again slammed forcefully.

Ji Yu glanced at the wooden door. The next second, the wooden door was transformed into a transparent glass door.

Wen Qing felt the change of the door, but he didn’t even have the strength to crook his fingers, let alone to turn his head and look back.

Ji Yu’s hand that was pinching his chin moved slightly. His fingertips stroked his lips, languid and forceful.

Ji Yu’s voice was low. He languidly said, “Zhou Zhou seems very angry……”

“Has he figured it out?”

He was smiling as he deliberately questioned, “Why he is trapped inside?”

Ji Yu softly sighed and said, “The appearance teacher likes seeing the most is humans reaping what they sow……”

The next second, the door was once again slammed forcefully.

Wen Qing cried until his eyes started to hurt.

Wuwu if you like Zhou Zhou so much, why don’t you go look for him……

The thought flashed by. Wen Qing felt Ji Yu’s hand bend a little, scratching his chin as if he was playing with a kitten.

“Can Wen Qing tell teacher, what did you two do earlier?”

Wen Qing’s eyelashes trembled. Inexplicably, his throat tightened, and he couldn’t even speak a word.

Ji Yu’s eyes curved. “Not telling the truth means you’re a bad child.”

Wen Qing reluctantly opened his mouth. Before he could say anything, the other party’s warm fingertips took the opportunity to poke in and play with the tip of his tongue.

“Wu……”

Wen Qing couldn’t say anything at all. His chin was forcibly raised higher, and immediately after that, Ji Yu’s lips covered his mouth.

Ji Yu’s tongue wasn’t like a normal human’s tongue. It was thin and long, very nimble, hooking to his throat the moment it entered his mouth.

Soon, the tip of his tongue became forked, like a “snake letter”[1], clamping his tongue.

Wen Qing felt sore, itchy, and nauseous. His eyes widened, and he stared at Ji Yu in disbelief as he softly whimpered.

After a long while, the unhealed wound on his lower lip was suddenly bitten harshly. Immediately, blood flowed out. Blood and water were intertwined, causing his mouth and nose to be full of it.

Ji Yu’s eyes lowered. A trace of satisfaction flashed across his eyes. His breath gradually grew heavier.

After kissing for too long, Wen Qing’s eyes gradually darkened. His brain became dizzy, his body unconsciously trembled, and a deathly coldness surged.

Seeing this, Ji Yu let out a low chuckle and ended the kiss.

He lowered his head to lick the blood off Wen Qing’s lips, and hoarsely asked, “Did you two do this earlier?”

Subconsciously, Wen Qing shook his head. He then lowered his eyes, his slender eyelashes trembling minutely.

Ji Yu laughed. Slowly, the palms around his waist moved downwards. “Then did you do this?”

Wen Qing slowly nodded, the corners of his mouth raising.

Ji Yu’s expression was a little startled. The smile on his face disappeared.

Feeling the force on his waist disappear, Wen Qing sighed in relief and gradually fell onto the ground.

He closed his eyes, and his voice was a little teary. “Go- go away……”

After those words fell, Ji Yu’s body gradually turned transparent.

His eyes curved into crescents. He stared at Wen Qing, and with a smile that wasn’t a smile, he said, “We will meet again.”
