Chapter 35 Setting off to Vietnam

The next night, Qiao Wen went to the pier with Jiang Yufeng.

By the time they arrived, Chen Jianan was already there, chatting and laughing with his brother on the pier with a cigarette in his mouth. Such a major incident had happened, he almost lost his life, now the road to Vietnam was also uncertain, still this guy actually looked like a normal person, and seemed in a pretty good mood.

Qiao Wen nodded with a smile.

“Nonsense!” Chen Jianan finally came back to his senses, holding his arm, assuming the posture of a big brother, “We are not going to play, what are you going to do with us? You hurry back!”

Before Qiao Wen could open his mouth, Jiang Yufeng answered for him with a smile: “Awen is worried about you and wants to accompany you.”

Qiao Wen: “Yes, Brother Nan, the more the people, the better it will be to take care.”

Chen Jianan’s handsome face became even more stern: “What kind of care? Are you unfamiliar with your body? We have to float for a few days at sea, let alone what we will encounter when we enter Vietnam. Brother Nan will appreciate your feeling, now you go home obediently and wait for me to come back.”

Qiao Wen said: “Brother Nan, I am not joking with you. I really want to go with you. Brother Feng has already agreed to me.”

Chen Jianan folded his arms, showing a grim and cold face, as if he wanted to scare the ignorant Qiao Wen, who didn’t know the height of the sky.

Unfortunately, his appearance could only scare others, not Qiao Wen, who was not at all bluffed by him, and even wanted to laugh a little. He took his arm and said softly. “Brother Nan, I know you are not going there for a play but for work, and here you are laughing away the dangers that you may encounter on this trip. It is precisely because I know that there will be a problem ahead that’s why I want to go with you. My body is not good, but I know how to behave.”

“What’s the use?”

Qiao Wen: “We have gone through so many things together these days, and you know it yourself, I'm not that sloppy. We are definitely better than alone when we encounter things together.”

Chen Jianan recalled what had happened in the past two months and had to admit that Qiao Wen had indeed solved many things without using force. If it wasn't for him, he might not be able to stand here properly.

Looking at the drifting pier, Qiao Wen said calmly: “Don’t worry, I can take care of myself.”

Qiao Wen pulled out his hand, and patted his shoulder: “This is to blame for me. Since we caused trouble together, we have to face it together. Chen Jianan looked at the drifting pier in the night, and sighed old-fashionedly, and said, “Okay, I will take good care of you.”

The boy’s kiss didn’t bring any ambiguity, it was just a joking intimacy. Qiao Wen pushed him away pretending to be disgusted: “You don’t have meat!”

Chen Jianan laughed loudly.

Jiang Yufeng also shook his head with laughter, sat down beside him, and flicked at his forehead.
