"I thought the human body couldn't be used for the dungeon creation?," Noah asked the system when he saw the monster gauge go up by one unit.

[Dungeon creation: 13/100 Tier 3 Beasts]

[[They can. Only that there will be some changes to their physiology, to match the requirements]]

"That's a relief," Noah sighed in relief. The human body had use to him now.

"I've lost it. My sympathy. I just want to get stronger," he shook his head ignoring the distant explosions his ears could pick up.

The panther was probably having a field day hunting down those weak prey. It was the apex predator in the whole village, and probably a few miles beyond it.

'I mustn't slack off,' Noah thought deciding on the next pillar of light he would hunt down.

He felt something inside him rage at the thought of being outdone by a mere magical beast, and he didn't hesitate to sprint towards the green pillar of light.

The individual had long since crossed the border of Enil and was somewhere about to circle the hill and disappear behind the massive structure.

A few seconds of sprinting at the maximum speed his body could naturally endure allowed him to near the person dangerously, who began to sense Noah's outpouring aura.

Trees appeared in his path before he arrived a 200m wide clearing, and a bald man stood at its edge, about to return into the forest.

Noah immediately stopped in his tracks to study the individual, who had on his face a look of disdain. Something Noah had come to understand that his very being hated.

"You are merely at the bottom of the lower-stage of tier 3. Without the beast you are nothing," The bald man spoke, his voice filled with contempt and anger.

"For ruining our plan I'll kill at least you. Then we'll be back to take whatever is left of the pitiful ," The baldy announced, mana beginning to move from his orange core.

"You talk too much," Noah snorted and his figure disappeared.

Flickering behind the baldy, Noah pivoted his left foot to raise his right one, and swing it backwards in powerful kick that struck the man's hairless head.

His kick instantly snapped the man's neck partially separating it from his body.

'That was fast! I guess most cultivators are all talk,' Noah frowned. The fight had ended too quickly. Could he even call it a fight. He didn't expect his kick to do that much, and it left him dissatisfied.

A large orange core spherical in shape shot out of the man's body, followed by his body itself.

Noah glanced up to check for more pillars of light, and clicked his tongue when he found none.

With a defeated sigh he returned to the village, and a powerful presence soon washed over him when he arrived at the position he had left Jon.

'Don't you dare try to rub it in,' Noah showed an ugly expression at the panthers expressionless face, as It couldn't actually make any.

Nevertheless, his Instincts could feel its proud gaze on his figure, and its released low growls which tried to communicate with him, but he shut his natural interpretation off, to focus on his environment. Then did he notice the empty space before him.

Another sigh escaped his mouth when he felt the panther move closer to him, ushering him to climb its back.

'When did we become this close,' His ugly expression deepened, but he eventually jumped on her back, and she immediately moved.

The wind practically punched Noah in the face, but his sturdy skin could perfectly withstand the force.

Grabbing onto her short fur, Noah leaned forward to balance himself properly, and various sensations spread through his body.

He could feel the rushing wind around them, the graceful yet powerful steps the panther took. He could make out every single change in her muscle movement, and could feel the ground shatter beneath her power steps.

He felt his mind relax as he focused on that unique experience. His desire to own a pet suddenly shot up in his mind, a tinge of envy spreading Inside him when he thought to the fact that Jon would constantly enjoy this experience and comfort, while he would remained a ground walker.

The panther whose name he still didn't know, came to a sudden stop and his eyes immediately fell on the five buildings before him.

The fully wooden two storey buildings', were positioned in such a way that four of the buildings surrounded the fifth one which was in the middle.

Noah could immediately sense an air of sadness upon arrival, and he quickly got off his ride to walk towards the first building in front of him.

His eyes noticed to completely demolished door, and with cold eyes he walked into the brightly lit room, and his expression darkened.

Blood stained every single spot his eyes could inspect, followed by bodies, tens of them.

Some of the bodies looked totally unrecognizable, resembling masses of flesh rather than formerly living humans

The stench of death filled the place, or was it the blood that made him feel that way? The entire building was completely silent, only his occasionally sighs being heard.

Sweeping his gaze on the yellow lit building that had stairs leading to its top, Noah hoped the other buildings weren't like this.

Turning his back and leaving, Noah searched the buildings surrounding the center one, and all he could find were dead bodies, and literal pools of blood, which poured down the stairs to settle on the ground floor.

With a heart filled with pity for the village head, Noah walked towards the center building, and he quickly sighted Jon's figure through the opened door, and rushed towards the building.

A slight sigh of relief escaped his mouth when he sighted a few tens of Individuals, all alive.

The whole building was filled with the sounds of wails and sobbing. As even here, bodies still lay around unmoving.

Those present had expressions totally devoid of warmth, only undiluted sadness as the strong ones fought the immense urge to weep, though their eyes had gone red, and watery glistening in the halls light.

Noah found Delius and Enik bound with inscriptions at one side of the room, their figures unconscious, but not healed, at least not completely.

A burst of heat suddenly washed over Noah's mind, an intense feeling of hate welling up from deep inside him. But it soon vaporized when he realized that he wasn't exactly pure himself, and a tinge of guilt tainted his mind at that thought, be he didn't hesitate to shake it off.

Walking closer to Jon, who comforted the crying children and adults, he sepearated himself from the villagers and his voice rang out after being close enough to be heard by Noah.

"How did it go?" He enquired, sorrow and remorse evident in his voice, as he didn't even look up to face Noah.

Noah considered cracking a joke to lighten the mood, but he felt he would come off as insensitive if he did.

The emotional wound was still fresh, and the situation too fragile for jokes.

"We succeeded," Noah's deep and serious voice rang out. His face cold and his eyes struggling to produce the right amount of sympathy.

Jon noticed his struggle but didn't focus too much on it. The young man had no connection whatsoever to the village. It felt ordinary to not be able to sympathize, since cultivators also had to learn to sever their emotions from their actions

"Thank you," Jon replied, his voice almost a whisper, but Noah could still understand him.

Nodding his head in response, Noah tried to say something, but no words left his lips, and a heavy silence inevitably fell in their midst.

The weeping of the villagers could still be heard around them, but the whole room felt silent to them nonetheless.

"Your job is done. Take your pay. You have nothing else to do here," Jon suddenly spoke. A large bundle of seemingly glowing flowers appeared between them. Noah didn't hesitate to wave his hand to store it, but with a frown evident on his face.
