Chapter 435 435. PRIZE

The giant raised the stumps of its destroyed arms, and chunks of the terrain shattered to converge on them, rebuilding its limbs at a rapid pace.

Noah having finally understood that the person battling the giant was his master; Sarah, couldn't help but feel glad about the event. Yet he watched closely. Although he struggled.

The event generated by the giant minster caused chaos to unfold for kilometers. As an incredible amount of power was required to properly rebuild its arms.

An intense tornado formed as a result. But it mostly contained chunks of the ground.

Having gained a new drive, Elder Sarah's fire twister abruptly began to shrink.

The heat that filled the environment blazed at that event, as the giant found some of the earth under its control turning to ash.

The crackling of sparks grew in intensity, and it quickly became a deafening sound.

Noah and the experts watched the flames and sparks shrink in size until only a small figure could be seen within the grand destruction that happened all around it.

'An armor,' Noah commented when his eyes fell on the result of the shrinking.

A blue battle armor overflowing with sparks that crashed on the terrain around it unfolded in their eyes.

The heat the construct emitted was so intense that whenever the wind blew closer to her, it simply vanished into nothingness.

In her grip was a sword made completely out of flames, but also featured green-blue sparks running along its fabric.

The giant noticed the transformation and moved to act quickly. Unfortunately, only two of its destroyed arms were complete. Notwithstanding it stopped the rebuilding process to start its dash toward her.

Elder Sarah saw her incoming opponent and snorted at how slow it moved. Its size affected it in that battle.

Taking a deep breath, she raised her elemental weapon, before lowering it in a descending strike.

A moment of silence unfolded at that action, then a blinding blue light filled the world when a huge curved slash flew out of her sword to immediately arrive on the giant's chest.

The ground shook as the massive slash; almost as large as the giant's chest brought it to its knees.

Huge cracks opened in the terrain. The weight of the attack being too much for the giant.

Only a moment after the slash connected with the giant did it explode into a wave of shining blue flames and intense sparks, that bathe the giant in its power.

A raging river washed over the lands surrounding the giant. Destroying anything unable to withstand its power.

The commotion soon died down, however, and the giant revealed that its chest now featured a deep black gash. One that ran from its chest down to its waist.

The elders exclaimed at that sight, leaving Noah wondering if that event had been truly extraordinary or not.

Elder Sarah unleashed another slash at that sight. The curved attack arrived at the same spot as the first one. After which it unfolded into a terrifying explosion capable of wiping out even large towns.

She shot forward after the attack, and her movement created a bright blue streak in the sky.

Her audience watched her tiny figure slam into the giant's chest with a bang. Bringing it bulky figure down with an immensely heavy thud.

The ground shattered and opened for the event, and a huge crater formed when the giant's back touched the ground.

Huge clouds of brown dust unfolded into the environment at that point. But soon flashes of blue light could be made out by the experts, even if they remained visually blocked from witnessing what was happening.

The sounds of attacks crashing on a solid surface continued to bathe the surrounding kilometers in its power.

The cloud of brown dust never stopped rising, and soon it resembled a huge brown pillar erected at a random position in the wasteland.

Due to the obstruction, Noah was able to take his eyes off the battle, sweeping his gaze over the environment and finding that far away from their position were other craters and huge charred surfaces.

"How long has this been going on?" Noah felt forced to ask, seeing the incredible damage that had been done to the wasteland.

Perhaps it wasn't the sun's heat that had destroyed the land. Maybe it was events like that, that did.

"She's been undergoing the breakthrough for eight days now," Dan explained before anyone else could, and Noah grew intrigued.

"You shouldn't even be here, But I see that you've reached the peak of the third tier," Dan pointed out, and all eyes converged on him. Then gasps.

Noah had already seen that outcome, but even if he had pre-thought it, there still wasn't any solution to it. He would have to make something up.

"You were only a lower stage a few months ago," Anna exclaimed floating closer to him.

Elder Von shot an astonished glance at Noah. He had only known him when he reached the middle stage.

"What sort of cultivation speed is that." Even Delilah felt astonished.

Noah noticed that they wanted some sort of an answer from him, and he gave them one.

"It's always been like this. I've always had a fast cultivation speed," he revealed and watched their expressions recoil in silent surprise.

The elders seemed unable to provide a proper query to his record-breaking claim.

"You've reached a level In the third tier where I believe you would have confidently taken her in battle," Elder Von pointed out.

"It would have been interesting to see that happen," Dan revealed, his gaze never leaving Noah's figure. His best friend's student was always strange.

Noah had no idea what to do at that point in the conversation. He could tell that he had brought them; mighty experts to a state of confusion.

Fortunately, their attention was pulled away from him when an explosion far louder than the others reached them in the sky. Their eyes fell on blue flames for the first time in a while.

Shockingly, a huge figure was seen shooting out of the cloud of dust, and they were all taken aback to find that Elder Sarah had severed its torso from its legs, revealing the swirling mass of pure energy within it.

An aura even Noah could sense unfolded in the world when that mana-core-like object was revealed within the giant.

"That's her prize. The energy to shatter the world's hold on her, and finally begin on her path," Elder Von revealed, causing Noah's eyes to widen in understanding.
