Chapter 536 536. HELL-BENT

"Master," Noah called out again and watched the gorgeous woman before him flare with even more power.

The intensity of her presence grew higher and reached levels that Noah considered could hurt his skin.

She truly was a monster. Did he not exist he believed no one her level would be capable of properly matching her in battle.

The purple light in the environment intensified and Noah watched flames spring up from thin air.

The heat in the environment rose sharply, but he remained unhurt.

His master saw this and moved to bring her A-game. She truly moved to kill him. But not out of ill intent but genuine hurt.

Purple sparks came out of her body and Noah nodded.

"I wondered why your sparks were blue-ish." His tone spoke of how calm he was even in that situation.

"I see. You're only capable of utilizing this power at certain times. It probably drains you quicker," his voice was calm and unhurried.

Even if flames sprung up around him to land on his figure and explode into a mass of expanding purple-ness.

The cloud disappeared for kilometers around them. The grand elders watched that battle with interest. Elder Ezra already confirmed that Aiden wouldn't die. But the conclusion remained incredible nonetheless.

Sarah was known by many for her monstrous talent, they had trained her for ten years, and after all. Still, she possessed great talent. One that put her on the spot to being severely powerful. Were she to ever reach the fifth tier, even the elders knew they'd have serious competition on their hands.

"Carriers of blazing judgment," Elder Sarah spoke for the first time and a huge magical circle expanded in the environment, whilst Noah cleared the flames to show that he had certain places on his skin brunt.

He was mostly okay, however, as even those injuries cleared In mere instants.

The magical circle churned with power and the heat in the environment further blazed with intensity.

Just how hot could her flames get?

Two figures emerged out of the circle to reveal their might to the world and even Noah felt danger for the first time.

Humanoid in nature and possessing what resembled wings. These being made purely out of flames stood at a height of 3 meters, Their figures were lean allowing for potential speed.

For the first time in that battle, Noah allowed silver sparks to gather in his hands.

A loud crackling sound unfolded into the world as Noah watched purple sparks form armors on the figure of the humanoid being of flames.

His silver sparks on the other hand morphed into a simple sword possessing exactly 40% of his SE pool Noah was taking her attack seriously.

"Go," Elder Sarah commanded and the magical circle disappeared the moment those figures transformed into streaks of purple light moving at horrendous speeds.

They arrived before Noah's position in no time and swords of flames and sparks formed in their big hands and they swung them toward his tiny body.

Noah shook his head even if his figure vanished from his position right when their flaming swords reached him.

Flickering behind the flaming being on his left, Noah swung his stabilized sword with all the strength his limb could offer.

His sword landed on the giant being's shoulder to divide it from its shoulder to its waist.

His instincts moved as he sprinted out of that environment, successfully evading the spectacular explosion of purple flames that occurred after the being's constitution destabilized.

Forming a streak as he tore through the violent wave of flames, Noah arrived before the second flaming being.

It managed to notice his figure in time and raised its flaming sword to meet Noah's descending sword.

Its efforts were futile, however, since Noah's blade went through its blade, to split its tall figure in two, from its head down.

Noah tapped the wind platform below him to disappear from that region, appearing extremely far away from the battlefield.

He returned to a position untouched by the wave of flames soon after.

"I have also become capable of unleashing great attacks," His tone was light and he tilted his head to the side dispersing his sword.

He felt his master's gaze land on his shoulder, but she made no move toward him. At least she didn't move from her position, rather, the world around him saw huge bolts of crackling cyan sparks land on his figure after appearing out of thin air.

Noah shrugged the attack, however. Only her purple flames were capable of hurting him and he had destroyed her spells.

He flew out of the mass of sparks, shattering and destroying them to reach his master now high in the sky.

Noah appeared before her and took in her features, she looked just as he remembered, only that her purple hair now featured tinges of crimson.

Both individuals stared at themselves for what felt like minutes, while the crackling clouds regenerated themselves to begin to fill that environment.

That would not last long, however, since Noah watched a magical circle expand below him and saw chains spring out of the purple circle to wrap around his limbs.

He remained unfazed however and wondered what she wanted to do.

Barely an instant after that event a sword appeared in her grip and his instincts informed him of the great danger.

The blade of the sword being blue, featured runic symbols of golden radiance. Those runic symbols also spread down to its golden hilt, only that their color changed from golden to black.

The blade emitted an aura of sharpness and even hotness, almost similar to his daggers, only that his; featured a withering ability. The level of its material was also evident and its heavy aura suppressed even her elder Sarah's power.

"An Item within the higher stage," Noah sighed even if he felt nothing in particular apart from a clear understanding of what he was to do.

His aura intensified even in his bound position, Elder Sarah really meant to kill him, he couldn't bow his head to that.

Gazing at his figure with coldness, even if she already felt she suffered injuries from wielding that weapon, Sarah raised her blade and swung at Noah's chest.

His figure flickered from that point to appear beside her, however. He had moved so quickly even the chains had been unable to shatter quickly enough.

With cold eyes she watched her binds suffer the full power of her swing and invisible sharpness flew across the skies cutting clouds.

"I cannot allow you to kill me," Noah spoke from beside her. Practically into her ears. "There's still too much I need to do."

"However, since you're hell-bent on this fight, I'll give it a bit of added seriousness," Noah announced touching his master's left shoulder.

Her instincts roared at that simple event. Her body moved on her own, but she remained too slow compared to her student.

In the blink of an eye, Noah unleashed a pillar of searing silver light. The attack traveled many kilometers, carrying elder Sarah in its breathtaking power.

When she managed to escape that magical discharge she revealed her badly burnt state. Noah's attack had turned her skin into blackness, even if it didn't damage her muscles.

One attack!
