But if I had to guess what her actual power is, then I would say reality warping via mathematics, and acquired knowledge, however that special move she calls "Personal Boundary" is taking reality warping to a whole another level, in short, she is creating her own "Laws of Physics" within her personal world, for example to her up means down, left means right, marble is a black hole, dynamites can cause an explosion on the level of the big bang, milk is lava, water is coke, and so on, and so on, I want to say its Paradox Manipulation, since it is beyond my understanding.
However, I can't consider it as so from my point of view either for the sheer reason that her power makes no sense to me, but to her it does, so using her perspective of reality, she would not consider this Paradox Manipulation.

The more blood Asmodeus injects into her the more distinctively, and obvious the changes become as well, soon after, all the veins in her body began to glow as well, making her heart especially visible to see in the night.
Her veins became blue, and so does her heart, however, her skin started to become reddish purple.
Meanwhile, elsewhere on her body, various changes were starting to begin, the first major change was that Elisha's hair began to twitch as it curls itself into a familiar style, which was that of large giant drills, of course, it remain ash grey.
Soon after her skin settled to one color; that been Tyrian Purple, from there a bright pair of thin blue horns came sprouting out of her head, and she grows blue claws as well, and the final change was probably when she began to grow a large prehensile tail resembling that of a snake and an alligator, this, of course, had the same color scheme of her two dominant colors, that being her Tyrian Purple, with dark blue [X] design all around it, making a clear pattern.
However, what could be noticed about her large tail was the fact, that it split up into twelve large tails as well, giving her a spiderlike appearance, although her appearance is truly alien.
Right after Asmodeus withdraw his fangs from Elisha's neck as he said while licking the blue blood from his mouth and neck.
Withdrawing himself from the carnal and primal pleasure of the act of sucking blood, as he didn't have the intention of even sucking Lilith, to begin with.
Although he did help himself with the cleanup, giving him a preview of the delicacy of the woman's blood before him, so much so, he had to comment.
