Chapter 96 Surprise

"Dad, how are you?" Mu Yuehan held onto the hand of his father and looked at him with emotional eyes. "You scared all of us."

"Are you crying my strong boy?" his father teased in a weak voice.

"No, I am not crying. I am sad. And angry. Why did you not tell me about the condition of Mu corporation? Do you still not trust me? Do you think I will not be able to help you with its condition?"

Mu Yuehan lifted his head and glared at his father. "Do you know what I am feeling right now, I am feeling betrayed!"

Mu Yuehan puffed his cheeks and fumed like a baby.

After his mother, only his father was left. He was not ready to lose him too. Only he was the person who understood him well. Mu Yuehan may be strong, may scare away his all family members or his enemies but he was always a five-year-old kid in front of his father.

"I didn't inform you because I did not want to disturb you from pursuing your lady love. Business can come and go, but life, life gives you only one chance to fall in love." His father spoke in a deep voice.

Mu Yuehan looked at him with wide eyes filled with surprise. "How…how do you…?

"Do you really think, you will ask my secretary to search for a girl and I wouldn't even know about it?" His father faked a disappointed face. "I may be old but I still have my eyes on everything. I am not ignorant. Now tell me, where is my soon-to-be daughter-in-law? Why didn't you bring her with you?"

Mu Yuehan blushed when he heard his father calling Nian Tian his daughter-in-law. He then looked down guiltily.

"There is a problem." Mu Yuehan told everything to his father and for the next fifteen minutes, he heard a lecture from him.

"You are so smart. I did not expect this type of foolishness from you. Don't you know, girls are fragile and they hate it when we men lie to them?" He yelled angrily, forgetting that he still was in the hospital bed, his operation was done, not a few hours ago.

"Calm down dad, please calm down. I promise to repent my mistake the moment I get back on juju island."

"Hmph, do that. Otherwise, don't you ever show me your face. Don't forget, we Mu man are famous for spoiling our wives."

Mu Yuehan chuckled when he heard his dad. "Don't you have a problem with her? I mean, you must have heard…."

"I trust you." His father interrupted him. "I trust your choice. If you like her then she must be the perfect daughter-in-law for this house."

Mu Yuehan smiled and gripped his father's hand. "Get well soon dad. Now, I shall take your leave. I have someone waiting for me."

Mu Yuehan stood up and was about to exit the room when his father called him back. "My stupid son, come back. Love has made you crazy or what?" He rebuked angrily.

Mu Yuehan turned and looked at his father with a frown, not knowing why his father was angry like this.

"How do you plan to propose to her?" his father asked.

"I will buy a…."

"You…" his father fumed with anger. "Did you forget about our family heirloom? How dare of you to think about buying another ring and not giving her that family heirloom?"

Mu Yuehan looked at his father with wide eyes and slapped his head hard. "I have gone crazy. How can I forget about it?"

"How can you forget about it? When you were young, you were always saying, 'mom, my wife will wear this ring and…" before his father could complete his scolding, Mu Yuehan hugged him tightly.

"Thank you, dad. You are the best. I am taking that ring away from your locker."

"Idiot." His father looked at his son and shook his head.

"When are you coming back?" Nian Tian spoke sadly over the phone. She looked out of the window and saw that it was going to rain soon. Memories of their first night surfaced in her mind, making her gloomy.

"It will take a day or two. Dad is still sick. I will return only after having his final reports."

Nian Tian visibly sighed. "I miss you so much." Her heart was heavy. At any moment, she could cry.

There was a knock on the door. She walked to open it. "Try to be here as soon...…. Ah...…"

Nian Tian squealed loudly when she saw Mu Yuehan standing at the door in flesh and blood. She touched him, not believing that he was there.

"You are here." She gasped in shock. Her phone slipped out from her hand.

"I am here." Mu Yuehan smiled, enjoying the shocked expression on her face.

"You are here. Oh my god." Nian Tian jumped in his arms and started to kiss all over his face.

Mu Yuehan entered the house with Nian Tian in his hug, still kissing him. They both stumbled and fell on the couch.

"I missed you so much."

Mu Yuehan tugged on her hair and pulled her for a raw kiss. He kissed her hungrily, like a caveman who was eating after years. He missed her, he missed kissing her and he missed teasing her.

Soon enough, craving for each other, they were kissing each other deeply. Their clothes were gone and Mu Yuehan was kissing her all over her body.

Mu Yuehan sulked her belly button hard and bit the soft skin on her stomach. He moved south and started to kiss her down there.

"Ah, please…" Nian Tian pleaded, feeling completely lost in desire and pleasure.

Mu Yuehan stopped kissing and climbed over her, looking at her face. He asked, "Do you want me?" his voice was throaty and hoarse.

"Very much." Nian Tian replied and licked her lips. She tried to take a hold of him but he pushed her hand away. He locked her hands over her head.

"Why are you stopping? I am so close. I want you." Nian Tian begged and brushed herself against the hardened him.

Mu Yuehan looked at her face which was filled with desperation. He had a sly smile on his lips. The corner of his lips lifted in a smirk.
