Chapter 6 - 6

As Layton was still trying to figure out his recent changes suddenly a heavy pressure filled the room shaking the walls, from Layton perspective it seemed the space started to squeak, Layton felt like he was about to die but fortunately all these only occurred in a moment, but even though it was only a moment the moment seemed to have stretched on for what seemed to be eternity.

Layton looked towards the only other person in the room that could have caused the phenomenon, he found that the man's black hair had somehow turned blond, the smile Layton had previously observed in his eyes were now absent and only an aura of seriousness seemed to fill the room.

Solace frowned his mind turning rapidly analyzing the message he just received, he was feeling really pissed,

'how dare they kick me out, it seems I haven't broken a few heads in a long time and people seemed to have forgotten not to provoke a resting lion.

But wait they shouldn't be that stupid, there is no way they would kick me out without some external pressure they know I have wanted to get out of the plane for a long time…, unless someone doesn't want me to come back and Minerva must have known if not she would not send this kid here.'

Thinking like this solace eyes brightened illuminating the room, solace quickly recovered the leaking light elements after realizing he was not the only person in his tower anymore, looking at the kid he almost blinded, Solace waved his hand releasing a healing spell to cure his eyes.

" I just received a message and I have something to do, you should stay here and read this all the answers to the questions you need to ask are in there."

Solace said while throwing a golden book he had condensed into Layton's hands and was about to walk but suddenly remembered turning back to face the kid "Layton right? put this bracelet on, I guess the talent you got from that witch you are dating is inspiration, the bracelet will help in controlling the amount of information you get from your high inspiration."

Solace immediately dispersed into a stream of light his words echoing in the air and a dark gold bracelet left on the floor where he had just disappeared from.

"Wwwwhat girlfrienddddd!!" Layton stuttered in embarrassment before he then realized he was the only one left in the room, looking down at the bracelet on the floor with the obvious strangely drawn lion logo on the body that was strangely familiar, some strange voices were whispering in his ears but suddenly the bracelet glowed as if hinting that he needed to put it on his wrist, suppressing the headache he was getting as a result of the whispering, Layton quickly picked up the bracelet and put it on his wrist, suddenly the world seemed to be clearer, the whispering had stopped and his emotions were much more stable than before. Layton found himself a seat suppressing the endless doubts that were running through his mind, took a breath and then opened the golden tome solace had thrown into his arm earlier before he left the tower, and as to how he knew those bits of information, Layton was confused as well he guessed it had something to do with the inspiration solace had mentioned earlier, Layton had a guess of what inspiration meant and if it was what the same thing as explained in popular Cthulhu mythos books he had read on earth before then his life was going to get a lot more dangerous than necessary.

Closing the tome that had lost its golden color Layton took deep breaths to calm down his turbulent mood, solace was right he did find answers to his current questions in there, although it was in a book like shape the information was automatically imprinted in his mind when he opened the book very much like jade slips he remembers reading about in some novels.

Apparently he was not in a planet but a plane colonized by wizards and solace was stationed here to supervise the plane, solace didn't mention anything about wizarding schools or anything else about wizards, the only other thing in the information left was an explanation about inspiration and fate witches, inspiration was close to what Layton had guessed before but there was a difference inspiration showed different changes in different individuals and inspiration was one of the reasons fate witches were highly sought after and respected.

According to the information apart from the ability to see through destiny, a witches inspiration allowed them to see the general message of exotic planes, some witches called the messages plot, upon recalling this message Layton finally remembered why the logo on the bracelet seemed familiar, wasn't it the same logo as that of Escanor in the seven deadly sins world, remembering the fate's witch inexplicable naming of the ability to see through destiny of the plane as plot plus the logo Layton concluded that the wizards definitely had the ability to travel to other worlds similar to that of various works on earth.

Realizing this Layton wasn't sure whether he should be happy or worried, on one hand the information of various tv works and novels he remembered from earth were going to come in handy but on the other hand he was now going to be exposed to an infinite number of worlds and there was no of knowing the dangers that lurk in every corner.

According to every infinite stream novel he had read before the power level of this world was probably off the charts.
