Chapter 55

55 The sky changed

When the couple felt the world shake some fear could be felt in their hearts.

Even Ruruo’s hand held Wang immediately, as she shook a little. This feeling was very uncomfortable.

But the shaking lasted for several breaths before disappearing but the feeling of oppression did not stop.

It was as though some knife hanging on their heads especially since they could perceive the world around them. others without many martial arts might not be so concerned about it or couldn’t feel that dangerous feeling.

Everyone felt the earth tremors but that was all for most, and the true culprits had managed to eventually force their way into the huge black door.

The opening process resulted in almost exhausting their methods. Stepping foot past the huge ancient door with dragon and Phoenix carvings, Dao Zhun was breathing heavily.

“Let’s go in.” as he spoke his foot had already stepped into the huge cave.

The chief also followed behind and once he stepped in he felt some ancient air circulating in the place.

But the ancient writings on the walls were also not something he bothered about. moving past the walls and pillars standing in the center of the cave the two of them continued deep inside as though having some specific target.

.....

If Wang Were here, he could be shocked that the language in the cave had some similarities to ancient texts he obtained techniques.

Nine pillars seemed to have been erected in the cave that supports the sky, upon observing them, one could see an outline of a sky.

This was ridiculous since the cave was inside some cliff and the only access outside was the black door.

In that case, how could skies exist inside, is the main query?

But the pillars too seemed to disappear into the sky, yet the two did not even pay such peculiarity attention.

The only possible explanation is they had come in contact with such a place before.

“It is indeed a cave mansion of a powerhouse standing at the peak of the celestial realm. Do you think we can manage to get some methods useful to take the next step?”

Once the words next step were mentioned both of them seemed to have some more burning in the depths of their eyes.

But quickly both of them seemed to return to normal, even if they broke through so what?

At most they could step out of the cave realm into the weakest in the Cave Step realm.

The nine steps in the realm can only be accomplished through comprehension.

Geniuses manage to touch the third level or even fourth while still in the Cave realm.

This realm is what Wang seemed to view as a domain.

Expanding the domain will happen with each of the steps. Moreover, step one is one determines the power of the domain.

For Geniuses entering the realm is not a problem, but others might need a long time.

Ruruo had already touched the threshold of a domain, yet she was not even in the cave realm.

The domain comes out after reaching more than sixty percent of its true meaning.

In that case, even Wang had a long way there, as the highest jus true meaning reached was about 15% for water.

Once his body completes transformation he would enter the mid-level of

the great-grandmaster realm.

At twenty percent the star in his body would have also changed slightly giving him a chance to go a step further.

“Now I seem to lack some information otherwise my strength could continue to improve in another way. It is indeed better to try to find out somewhere I can collect some information.”

Wang needed information to help him increase his knowledge base. But now that they were located in such a remote village he could only let go of such an idea.

suddenly the clouds started to gather outside and even Wang sitting on the sofa observing the clear sky turning dark was shocked.

but he still acted decisively and carried Ruruo inside the house. The cow naturally had its own, place that Ago had built and he did not have to worry about it.

The rumbling of thunder in the sky continued for a while before it started to rain heavily.

Thankfully the region they stayed in was high ground and the forest close by had huge river systems that quickly diverted the water or flooding might happen.

Listening to the rain was indeed kind of relaxing and at the same time, his perception of the outside world detected a change.

The quality of world energy outside had started to rise.

The same could be said for ordinary energies existing in the environment.

At the same time, he felt some kind of shackle or oppression that was brought to him start to fade.

The rain continued until the next day and thunder was nonstop.

But occasional shaking was experienced, but last night he seemed to have heard a voice. But he wasn’t sure if he misheard it.

Shaking his head he stopped thinking about it, and at the same time kept thinking about trying to use the rain to his advantage.

His physique had been developing too slowly, and the records of the thunder body art mentioned an ideal environment for practicing the art.

Since it was still early he moved in a certain direction further from the village.

Then kept rising in the air before he started to run the thunder body art.

His initial idea was to try attracting thunder but the moment the thunder body art was initiated, thunder arcs started to fall on him.

The power, however, was not worth mentioning under his physique, the benefits he gained were that the powers in his body and vitality accumulated over the years including that being fused with the body.

The power of destruction was very useful in the process and his body continued strengthening as time passed but the thunder being attracted also intensified.

A huge thundercloud started surging in the sky before he was blasted downwards.

Thankfully, he was not in the village or the damage done by this lighting would not be less.

But it still attracted a group of beasts and monsters in the forest. They all run as far away from the place as they could.

Seeing such terrifying lightning gathering and blasting people away, Wang managed to survive again and again with immense benefits.

The bones in his body were all turning golden at this moment.

The vitality from the fruit was also busy repairing the damage done to his body and as well strengthening him.

The amount of thunder energy absorbed in his body was indeed too much and thus every cell on his body was undergoing an evolution after being destroyed and reborn.

The amount of energy each could hold was also increasing slowly under the tempering.

Though he could feel his state was changing he did not perceive the rumors said in novels about becoming more handsome.

He and his normal face had to accept the truth, compared to him when Ruruo ate the fruit, she seemed to have become more attractive.

He had already concluded that perhaps this is something to do with feminine genes.

He endured the destruction caused by the thunder since the benefits were obvious.

The irrelevant thoughts were abandoned and he focused on the changes happening to his body.

The blood energy was already strong enough to oppress many people. At the same time, his realm was being perfected as he took the body as the foundation.

From the middle level of great-grandmaster, he was already standing with a combat strength of the cave realm.

Moreover, his body aura kept climbing, far beyond the comprehension of true meaning.

In that case, he only viewed the true meanings as very significant, he consider them just like weapons.

Their role was to allow him to improve his combat power to the highest possible realm.

in that case, he needed to even comprehend more of his true meaning to match his state of body or even surpass it.

The benefits were immense to him and thus he also had that plan.

But that at the same time did not change anything on the side of the consciousness.

He would have to deal with the true meaning first or even gain more books to break through the boundary.

But at the moment he couldn’t increase his level as he wished as such things lacked any way to cheat especially since the panel couldn’t improve his comprehension of world principles at all.

To do this he had to deal with the situation alone. But the clarity in world mysteries also seemed to be something making him worried.

His heart was always uneasy, and couldn’t understand the reason for it.

The rain water that was falling, he felt some new vitality being transmitted through it. Thanks to his level of strength and consciousness, he already felt the world was somehow too broght, of some feeling that shrouded it had been lost.
