“No.” Anxia hoped her mother wouldn’t turn the atmosphere around them back to being tense because of mentioning other people’s names.

“Right now, he’s on his honeymoon with his wife in Etros, and what a coincidence they’re renting one of my villas here.”
Anxia put her teacup on the table, looking at her mother with super cold eyes. “Then what does it have to do with us?”
“I just wish you could take the Tiffany program from him.” Loraine Shu hurriedly continued her sentence before her daughter’s anger exploded. “After all, he’s not your family, and you don’t know him. You shouldn’t mind granting your mother’s wish, right?”

At least now, Anxia was grateful that she only had one child.
“Xiao Xia, have you forgotten that I have been watching over you for the past ten years and know very well that you are pregnant and giving birth in Russia? Guess who contacted your obstetrician to trick you?”
