v4 Chapter 9: National Wanted

It was William making breakfast again.

After eating, William and Hermione dawdled for a long time, and did not leave the safe house until the morning.

Probably got rid of the Aurors smoothly, but William didn't find any trace of them near the house.

"It seems that we need to buy a house in Paris." William said, looking at the gray sky.

"This way, when you come next time, it will be much more convenient. You don't have to stay in a hotel, and it will be safer to run."

Hermione took out a black umbrella from the safety watch and smiled, "Just buy it on the banks of the Seine. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the window. I like it very much."

William nodded, he was going to learn Nico and buy real estate frantically around the world.

The wizard is a career without money, and it is still in the real estate development.

Hermione opened her umbrella, and the two walked side by side, walking slowly in the rain.

"Let's go to the Tauren Bar first, which is the underground black market in Paris, where we can find out the location of the mysterious circus," William said.

Bars in the magic world always like to have weird names:

London's Leaky Cauldron, Hogsmeade's Head, New York's Blind Pig, and Paris' Tauren.

The Tauren Bar is also one of the favorite bars of the people of Paris (wizards).

French people are all romantic. This sentence is not casual. Even the name of the bar has so much connotation.

"How are we going?" Hermione moved her umbrella towards William. "Is Phantom working?"

"No, I've never been there, I only know which block it's in." William raised his hand, took the umbrella again, and pushed it towards Hermione.

The basic requirement of Apparition, the wizard must know what the destination looks like.

In other words, you must have been there before, and you must be able to recall what your destination looks like before you can Apparate in the past.

"Let's go by car, Parisian carriage," said William.

Hermione nodded, and before taking a few steps, she quietly moved the umbrella back, leaving half of her shoulders exposed in the rain.

Back and forth like this, before the two of them walked out of the street, they were soaked all over, their clothes clinging tightly to their bodies.

No one wants to use magic to make the umbrella bigger enough to completely cover the two of them... If it gets bigger, it's better to use two umbrellas or put on a raincoat.

This is the fun of it, no one other than the two can understand it!

However, being wet is not the solution, and it is possible to catch a cold. William tapped his wand, and bursts of evaporating smoke emerged from the two of them, evaporating the rainwater.

Hermione was holding an umbrella, and William put his arms around the girl's slender shoulders and directly apparated her a few blocks away.

Getting on the bus near the safe house can easily reveal the location of the residence. This is the experience William learned from the Knight Bus.

That's how it was at the time, and Rita took advantage of it.

Standing on the deserted street intersection, William raised his wand and waited for a while at the street intersection when an old-fashioned carriage came running wildly.

The carriage was antique, with dim butter lamps hanging from the four corners.

The one pulling the cart was not an ordinary horse, nor the Thestrals that are common at Hogwarts, but a silver-maned horse with wings.

The horse was about the size of an elephant, and when William and Hermione stopped suddenly, the horse's hooves stepped on the ground and snorted.

"Oh, it's actually a rune horse!" Hermione said excitedly.

The Rune Horse, Yseron, Graling and Thestral are the four major varieties of Pegasus, and they are perfectly used to pull carriages.

That's the thing about Paris, they didn't convert Muggle buses, they kept the old traditions.

The carriage door was opened, a ladder fell from the carriage, and a young conductor appeared.

He was wearing hippie-style clothes, and around his neck was a worn radio, which was playing a new song by the famous French witch singer Roberts.

In the magic world, there are wizards' radio broadcasts. They don't need electricity, but they also use magic to develop another long-distance communication method.

This radio is one use.

"Welcome, welcome to take the Paris city shared carriage, I'm Apache the conductor." Apache said in French.

"Ah hello."

William nodded and pulled Hermione into the carriage.

The space inside the carriage was very large, and it was obviously enlarged with the Traceless Stretching Charm. Not like the layout of a bus, but more like a subway, with two long benches on both sides.

A few passengers were either sleeping or shrunk their heads in the newspapers.

William and Hermione found a seat and sat down. The conductor Apache asked enthusiastically, "Where are you going?"

"We're going to the Avenue de Lyon," William said in French. "When you get there, they'll tell you where to get off."

They didn't directly say go to the Tauren Bar, but found a closer place.

"Okay." Apache said to the driver and continued to listen to his radio.

He turned his voice to the loudest and swayed with the rhythm.

Good guy! It turns out that "Tik Tok" in public places existed in the magic world decades ago.

If he encounters a dark wizard with a bad temper, he will probably give him an Arvada to eat a big melon.

However, the tape recorder seemed to be in poor contact. After Apache played it for a while, the singing began to creak.

He tapped with his wand and worked for five or six minutes before the sound rang again.

But that song has already been played, and it was replaced by the Paris News Network.

"The Aurors are tracking down these two fugitives. They are extremely ferocious and dangerous. If anyone knows, please contact the Ministry of Magic as soon as possible, and there will be a reward for reporting..."

The sound of the radio suddenly decreased, and Apache gave William and Hermione a strange look, and walked towards the driver, Russell.

He gently closed the cockpit door.

Russell had heavy dark circles under his eyes and looked like he was driving tiredly. He was half asleep and half awake, urging the rune horse to speed up.

The horse ran wild and almost collided with a bus, but it drifted beautifully and avoided it.

Russell woke up, but didn't slow down, Muggles couldn't see them anyway. Running a red light is not illegal.

"What's the matter, Apache?" Russell asked when he saw the conductor come in.

"The Ministry of Magic Aurors are tracking down two fugitives."

"So what? I saw the news in the newspaper last night."

"The fugitive entered our carriage, the couple just now."

In the cockpit, Apache found the "Parisian" in the early morning, and carefully compared the men and women in the photos.

Finally, my eyes stopped on the words at the end of the article, "extremely ferocious, dangerous, and terrifying".

"What did they do, did they attack the Minister of Magic?" Apache tutted. "Wanted nationwide!"

"Who cares Hurry up and contact the headquarters." Russell explained excitedly, "I remember that there is a reward for providing information."

Apache went to use a small fireplace in the carriage to connect with the Paris city shared carriage headquarters.

This kind of fireplace is connected to the Floo network, but cannot be moved long distances, because the size of the fireplace is only the size of a head.

The carriage only has such a large space, how could it be possible to build a family fireplace so that wizards can pass naturally.

However, you can get in touch quickly.

Because after throwing Floo powder, just stick your head into the flames, you can use the Floo net to talk directly to people in another place.

Apache seemed to see a large bounty beckoning to him!
