Chapter 46: Confession

Proofreader: Prof Zhu Yuan

It is late after dinner. Bo Yu wipes his mouth and breaks the silence, “I’ll pay the bill.”

Mo Anyu grabs him, then hurriedly takes his hand back and says, “I have already paid. Bo Yu, I want to talk to you.”

Hearing that, Bo Yu has to sit down, takes out a cigarette and says, “Do you mind my smoking?”

“Never mind.” Mo Anyu usually smokes. When Bo Yu smokes, he also takes out a cigarette.

Two men smoke face to face with the embarrassing atmosphere.

“What do you want to talk to me about?” Bo Yu takes out his mobile phone and looks at it, holding a cigarette in his mouth. He feels disappointed that there is no text message or missed call.

Mo Anyu doesn’t notice Bo Yu’s unusual behavior, “I... I have fallen in love with you for a long time.”

Bo Yu spits out a smoke, and the expression on his face is not clear in the fog.

“I know.”

All sorts of coincidences, repeated concessions and humble apologies are enough to remind Bo Yu of that.

Mo Anyu, who has been holding the confession for a long time in his heart, smiles and feels relaxed, “So, would you like to accept my confession?”

“I’m sorry.” Bo Yu refuses without any hesitation.

“I want to know, are you refusing me because of Song Shilin?” Mo Anyu clenches his hands on his legs.

Bo Yu, “No.”

“You have an affair with Song Shilin again, haven’t you?” Mo Anyu says without regarding Bo Yu’s unhappy expression.

“You broke up with him two years ago, and now you come back and decide to get together with him again? Bo Yu, what about me?” Mo Anyu looks at Bo Yu and says, stressing each syllable, “From the aspects of family background, personality and ability, I’m not worse than Song!”

Bo Yu presses the cigarette butts into the ashtray, and he doesn’t release his hand until the burning tail is extinguished.

“I will not be with you even without Song Shilin.” Bo Yu says lightly.

“Why?”

No matter how good one’s temper is, one will feel grumpy when he is refused again and again. And Mo Anyu has a bad temper as usual.

“You’re not gay,” Bo Yu says definitely.

“But I like you,” says Mo Anyu.

“I’m a man, too. That you like me equals to the fact that you like men,” says Bo Yu. “But you are a straight man.”

Mo Anyu has never thought that he is rejected because of that reason, “I like you.”

“Unfortunately. I don’t like you.” Bo Yu is tired of him. He stands up, pats Mo Anyu on the shoulder, turns around and walks away.

Mo Anyu stands up all of a sudden, grabs Bo Yu’s hands and presses him. Their lips stick together.

Bo Yu feels unhappy, clenches his fist and mercilessly thumps hard on Mo Anyu’s abdomen. Mo Anyu bends over in pain with the pale face.

Bo Yu, who is crazy about Shaolin Kong Fu for the sake of acting, folds his fist and rubs his lips hard.

Mo Anyu’s behavior makes him disgusted.

“I like you.” Mo Anyu twists his face because of the pain, and insists in biting his teeth to make a confession with the hopeful eyes.

Bo Yu suddenly feels scared after the event. He thinks that fortunately Mo Anyu makes a block booking and so their behavior just now should not be seen by others.

“Mo Anyu, let’s meet less in the future. You need time to calm down.” Bo Yu leaves in a hurry.

After a long time, Mo Anyu looks up, takes out his mobile phone and says, “Send the video here tonight to my e-mail, and delete all the originals.”

“Yes, sir.”
