Chapter 207 First Lesson 4

What is the thing that differs an eroge from any other game?

The answer is blatantly obvious, right?

It contains a lot of erotic things.

However, then what would happen if a world is based on such a game?

Even though the world fills itself when it comes to the plot holes or the things that hadn't been shown in the game, the things that rely on the core of the game would still be there.

For instance, the protagonist's aura.

Now, when it is said like that, it feels like the protagonist's aura is something that affects other people's minds or makes people behave like they are not used to.

This is not necessarily true.

Even though this topic can be stretched further, there is one thing important.

It is a fact that, in order to become the protagonist of the game, you need to satisfy related requirements.

If you are the protagonist of a game related to football, then you need to be a talented footballer, right?

Then, if you are a protagonist of an Eroge, then you need to be good at picking girls.

Be it being handsome, talking smoothly, flirting or etc.

Else, you can't base a world on a game.

There need to be reasons for everything.

In any case, this could be seen here.

"Arthur Nightlance, right?"

A girl approached our protagonist, that was already swarmed with a lot of people around.

"Yes… But, do I know you?"

As Arthur was asked such a question by a girl that was looking at him with shiny eyes, his attention was naturally drawn to her.

Even though he was not able to remember the face of the girl, he naturally asked.

'Hmm… This looks like a fine piece.'

He thought in his mind as he quickly scanned the girl from head to foot.

"Ah… You don't remember…."

Though, as the response to this, the girl was disheartened.

'System, do I know her?'

Of course, as a person that transmigrated into an eroge game, rather than using his head above, Arthur used the head below his body.

'Host….-'

Just as he finished his talk with his system immediately, he flashed a smile.

"I remember now. You are Miss Gloria Fowler."

And the name of the girl poured out from his mouth.

"Ah… You remembered."

Of course, being remembered by a handsome boy that she liked was something this girl couldn't help but be happy with.

Just like that, for the rest of the break, Arthur's focus was on the girl whom he had already laid his eyes on.

Since Emma was also dealing with other people that was welcoming her as a classmate, he had already found the interval to acquire one another trophy to dominate.

Of course, this went on until the teacher came.

However, the thing that needed to be paid attention to was the fact that his mind had already diverged from the topic that was plaguing his mind.

'Fuck it. I will leave this guy to Alicia. She can deal with him for sure.'

That thought was enough to let him play as he wanted, though some people won't be happy about this for sure.

********

After Cernais returned to the class, it was time for the real lessons to begin.

"Attention!"

With his signature loud voice, he gathered the attention of every people in the class.

"Now, I will start the course. At this point, looking at my build, you should have already inferred something in your mind."

As he said this sentence, he looked at the crowd of young people whose attention was already gathered in one place.

"Like I was a knight, for example, right? Those who have thought so should raise their hand."

/NOD/ /RAISE/

Hearing the words that were pouring out his mouth, students nodded their heads while raising their hands since most of them thought the same.

'Fools.'

I thought while sitting straight and not nodding. Even though not everyone raised their hands, quite a lot of people did so, with Arthur included.

'Our protagonist is a fool, it seems.'

However, this little gesture was enough to take his attention.

"Do you think differently, student Callius?"

He asked, locking his eyes with mine while drawing others' attention to me as well.

"Yes."

Answering simply, I nodded my head.

"Why do you think so?"

Putting a smile on his face as my answer came, he asked again.

"Because, just by seeing bulkiness, one can't infer the occupation of another person. The physical qualities of our bodies have a huge dependency on how we live our lives, how many meals we eat, and many other things that do not have any relation to being a knight or mage. To infer the occupation of another person, we need to see more definite proofs, like the traces of earthen mana being leaked from your body to supply the spell that is used in order to show your body bulkier than normal."

As I answered his question, the smile on his face widened.

"Wow…. Your eyes are quite good. It seems that the title of rank one student is not empty."

He answered, not losing his smile.

"The things Student Callius had said were all correct."

Turning his attention to the classroom again, he started talking.

"Human brain is a complicated thing; even the researchers in mage towers had yet to find a way to duplicate it. However, that doesn't mean everything it does is complicated. In fact, it is not."

"For instance, our minds have the tendency to assume things from the common patterns we have observed in our lives."

"Like the one you had seen in this example. Because most of you had only seen knights as bulky build people and mages as thin, in your mind, when you have seen me firsthand, you had thought I was a knight."

/CLAP/ /PUFF/

Finishing his words with a clap, the smoke covered the classroom.

"Cough…. Cough…."

"What?"

"Cough…."

As some students were coughing, while others were surprised, the smoke that was covering around had dissipated.

Only to reveal a young man with loose clothes.
