The period of the student went on just like any normal for days, and nobody that was important for the story had challenged me, and the ones that challenged me were those who ranked 10 to 40 and wanted to test themselves.
To be honest, the last two were pretty productive duels, but that was it. Neither lost the matches, nor did I give them any chance.
Then, since I was challenged quite a lot, I did not need to use my tickets and could basically finish the dueling period without showing myself any longer.

"Just as I expected," I mumbled to myself, looking at the list before me. It was just as I had expected.
I was sure that I hadn't missed any type of theoretical questions since the exams were pretty easy, and I just assumed my theoretical score was full.
Though that was not the case for my practical exam results, that was also to be expected since I lost against Diana, a student lower ranked than myself. Therefore, points were deducted because of that.
'In the end, I am still ranked one, so it doesn't matter.'
I had already released my frustration, so there was no need to overly sit on this point. With that thought, I lowered my gaze to the list.
'Diana's rank hadn't changed, Celia's as well. But Emma seems to rank higher. She probably went against the before 6th guy and destroyed him in the practical test.'
Since the entrance exam was conducted in a way that prioritized efficiency, there were some students who were lucky enough not to encounter people with higher strength.
For instance, the students that were in the first ten of the list were all island winners, but some people on other islands that couldn't win might have won the island they were in.
Therefore, in the first mid-term exams, the rankings would be settled, and the students would slowly come to the place where they would need to be.

Even though she was slightly stupid at first, she was actually quite a hard worker as well as a person obsessed with competing.

'She probably did to make her image stronger and purer in front of others.'
No matter how we claim to be objective and fair, we humans are creatures whose opinion would change with looks.
People will feel remorse or will judge you when you smash an 'innocent' ladybug flying before yourself, but they will keep silent when you smash an 'innocent' cockroach.
They will rather congratulate you.
This is how the world works.
Then what do you think will happen when you see a girl covered in the radiant color of holiness inside the arena offering her prayers to defend herself, even though, in reality, she was just using her own light-affinity mana to conjure a spell?
You will simply feel the 'divinity,' won't you?

Anyway, enough with my ramblings. The main point is Alicia looked proficient in her light-affinity magic, more than how it looked from the outside.
With my [All Seeing Eye], I could see her mana control, and it was at least on the level of Celia and even closer to Diana.

Questions arose inside, but the answers to them right now would only dilute my mind as they would only be assumptions.
But one thing was certain.
This girl was a force to reckon with, and it was not only with her brains.
But aside from her, there was one more important person that finally made her appearance inside the first ten of the academy.
Samira Rumbleflare.
A character that would satisfy the characteristics of those that wanted a 'mommy' basically.
An amazoness that is incredibly bloodthirsty for combat and whose sole purpose if fighting with strong people and destroying them.
'Since she made it into the top ten, now she will finally reveal herself.'
She was one of those heroines that I didn't dislike since she was a character with her own values and own type of living.
And she was a character that was against the harem, so if you acquired her as a heroine while having a relationship with another, that would basically mean a battle royale….????????????????????????????????.????????????
That was one of the reasons why she was not liked too much since it basically destroyed people's 'satisfaction and wish fulfillment' that they would never get in their real life.
In any case, Lirienne's and Aliya's ranks both went up quite a lot as well. Though since Aliya was not a combatant, her rank was not that high, in Lirienne's case, that was different.
Know that the higher rank you are, the harder it will get for you to raise your rank since the spectrum of opponents will be smaller no matter what.

In any case, just as I was looking at the ranking list and making my comments, I suddenly heard a knocking sound on my door.

It was time for me to spend some time with my sister….
