Chapter 166 - You Can't Lie To Your Wife.

Herman packed his things, this time he was really serious about leaving vino's house, he already had another job, channeling his hobby as a streaming host, but when he pulled the door handle a husband and wife surprised him.

"Why did you bring the things you had?" Vira looked surprised, she looked at the luggage in Herman's hand who was working.

Herman was also surprised, he looked at vino's face then Vira in turn, "I can't believe if you guys go home today, I happened to have packed my things so I decided to get out of this house, you guys have spent quality time so I won't disturbing your household again, now I'm completely relieved to let you go," said Herman to vino.

"No, no, what you have said, you will continue to live with us." Hearing Vira's words, Herman was surprised.

why does he have to stay here, isn't it time for Vino and Vira's relationship to be better, Herman, winked to give a code to Vino.

"Everything went well right?" He asked with a look of hope in his eyes.

Vino did not immediately answer Herman's question, and it proved that Herman's anxiety had occurred, something must have happened during their honeymoon, Herman thought.

"Let's go back inside, and reorganize your things, I will help you." Vira urged Herman to go back into the house, she even helped Herman pull one of the suitcases.

"You can't leave me, didn't you say you would be loyal to Vino, now you will not only take care of Vino, he now doesn't need anyone to take care of himself, a sign that he is more independent and self-sufficient, but you have to start taking care of me."

"Yes?" Herman's face looked surprised, why did he have to take care of Vira.

Vira understood the confusion on Herman's face, she answered him with a small smile. "Herman, I'm pregnant, and I'm sure, I need someone to accompany me at home, you can help me at home, or just be a chat buddy."

Hearing Vira's words, Herman's face immediately became tense. Of course, he was surprised, what did he just hear from Vira's lips? He looked at Vino's face, their gazes met with a question mark hanging clearly on Herman's head.

Vino massaged the nape of his neck, he gave a code from the look in his eyes to Herman, not to find out more about what his wife just said.

"Okay." Herman's voice sounded confused, he tried to understand the meaning of Vino's gaze, he didn't dare to reply to Vira's words for fear of being wrong.

"Then, I'll tidy up my things," Herman said then, he followed Vira's request with his eyes still staring at Vino's face, he needed an explanation about all this.

Not long after, Vira's cell phone rang and it was an incoming call from her friends who missed her.

Vira was engaged in a chat for a moment on her cellphone, then she turned to Vino who was listening carefully behind her back, he was eavesdropping on the chat of Vira and her best friend from across there.

So, when Vira asked him for permission, Vino already had an answer.

"Vino, my friends are hanging out at the cafe, I know my request sounds unreasonable, but I--"

"Go away, I know you must miss your friends too, it can relax your mind a little." Vino cut his wife's words, he gave permission happily.

"Thank you, honey." Vira left a peck on her husband's cheek, when she was going back out the door, she remembered something. "Where do you keep the chocolate?" She asked her husband.

"Ah," Vino scratched the back of his neck that didn't itch, actually he didn't bring any chocolate from the island, what he said yesterday was just to warm up Hazel, but disappointing Vira wasn't in her dictionary.

Vino nodded his head towards Herman.

"Bring Vira a carton of brand A chocolate." He asked Herman.

Vira looked confused, "why did you ask Herman for chocolate?"

Vino smiled slightly, "why do we have to bring chocolate from far away when we can get more here." He said confidently.

Vira doesn't want to argue just because of chocolate, "okay, it's up to you,"

She left vino followed by Herman.

"And you have to help me pack my suitcase!" Herman pointed to Vino.

Vino raised his eyebrows.

Herman took the time to deliver a carton of chocolates to the cafe where Vira and her friends gathered, of course, he didn't join even though he wanted to, it's just that he was thinking about Vino at home,

There was something that man had to explain to him, and he couldn't wait to hear an explanation of it all.

When Herman returned home, Vino was watching television while sitting relaxed on the couch.

"You don't even touch my stuff!" Herman said in a slightly curt voice.

Vino turned his head casually, less than 5 seconds later he looked back at the television screen.

"When did you come back? How many friends are gathered? Is there a man among them?" Vino asked Herman who put his hands on his waist.

"Okay, I understand your question and you don't need to worry, just two women wearing hoodies and training pants, even one of them didn't unroll her bangs, will those 2 girls threaten your position?"

"Not at all that's why I can relax watching television," Vino answered while holding up the remote in his hand.

"Stop pretending to be calm like that, you have to explain it to me, right now!" Herman slumped on the couch, he sat in the corner of the couch supporting his head, his elbows resting on the back of the couch.

"What should I explain to you?" Vino still had a calm face.

"Come on vino, I know you're panicking right now but you're trying to hide it!"

"Okay fine, the company isn't doing well at the moment, so I'm a little upset and worried."

Herman shook his head hearing vino's words, "you know that I don't have a smart brain, to hell with your office and company affairs, I don't live in that realm, it's your fault, why are you making your life difficult, your father never asked you to work in the office, but you push yourself, you should follow in my footsteps, earning money from online broadcasts on the internet is very lucrative without a heavy burden."

Vino listened to Herman's words carefully, even though his focus was still on the program on television, he didn't care what the man beside him said.

"Wait, that's not what I wanted to talk to you about, things that are more important and crucial than the company, I don't understand."

Vino just shrugged his shoulders in response to Herman's fiery words.

"What?" Vino's short response made Herman even more irritated.

"Come on Vino, do you think lying about pregnancy is a funny joke?"

Hearing Herman's words, Vino's calm face turned tense, he slightly shifted his body position so that now he was facing Herman who was sitting in the corner of the couch.

"I should be the one saying that, it's not all my fault, I didn't plan any of this."

Herman was silent listening to Vino's words then his eyes blinked once, his gaze looked serious towards Vino's face.

"Then why don't you end well, you have to tell everything to your wife, you have to be honest with her, what do you think if she finds out about all this, what if she finds out that she's not pregnant, imagine how disappointed she will be."

"I understand with your words and to your concern, the problem is..." Vino took a deep breath, he was confused about how to solve the problems that kept piling up between him and his wife.

"The problem is… you can't be honest and clear with your wife, you have to talk about whatever matters between you and her, you have to listen to my advice this time!" Herman spoke with a slightly suppressed intonation.

"Yes I know but how?" Vino wipes his face roughly, he looks stressed. "Do you know what happened to us when we went on our honeymoon, don't think that we spent quality time lovingly, the long journey led to trouble!" vino hissed, indicating that the burden on his shoulders felt very heavy.

"And now it's not only my marriage that's in trouble, but my father not back at headquarters while the head office is also going through some pretty crucial issues, all of this stresses me out!" Vino whistles almost inaudible.

"I don't understand about office matters, what exactly is going on in the company?" Herman asked.

"The company lost many important investors, the complained about building materials, several articles contained work results that did not satisfy some clients, intense business competition between company B, company B is a company that has been around for a long time but has experienced a downturn, and now they're resurrecting with unbridled innovation and development." Vino tried to explain to Herman.

"Sounds so great and heavy, my head can't digest well," Herman whispered to himself. "Okay fine, maybe I pushed you too hard so you feel pressured but I can't imagine if your wife found out from someone else that she wasn't pregnant while she was expecting so much about the news of her pregnancy, I can't imagine her disappointed face."

Bruk!

The grocery bag fell on the floor.

"What did you say?" Vira's face looked pale.
