Samantha borrowed a phone, and used the map to point out the place where they were supposed to go. And immediately after, Gabriel flew the plane in that direction.
Slightly after about 10 minutes, they arrived at a location that was just slightly away from the heart of the city. This area was full of buildings that were residential places. In short, they were apartment buildings.
After the helicopter landed on the roof, Jack took a blanket that was present inside the helicopter and handed it to Samantha to cover herself. After she did that, the two of them got into the elevator that was present on the roof, and went towards the lower floors that was the fifteenth floor.
