With his support, numerous artists that would have been at the bottom began rising. And, these 23 had decided to take a gamble. Even though it was true that they could have risen to the top with the current support from the company, they decided to take a risk.

Added to the fact that it was currently amongst the very top entertainment companies present in the country, the reputation had increased as well as the number of supporters.

When they received the negative response, these stars couldn't believe it. Some of them even threatened that they would shift to another company in case The Rose Entertainment Company wasn't going to give them the contract.
In response to this, Jack simply went ahead and told them that they could leave in case they wanted to. It was not as if he was begging them to stay. As long as they were capable of dealing with the consequences of breaking the contract, then he didn't have an issue.
