“Here, try this one. Yours don’t have any ice cream on yours right?”

“I stabbed a bite-sized of my pancake with my fork and brought it to Misaki’s mouth.”

“Yeah! Nng, this one is delicious too! Ah, try mine too Onii-chan! Here, Aahn.”

“Yup, this one is really fluffy. It’s nice to taste the contrast between chocolate’s sweetness and maple’s huh.”

Since Misaki’s maple syrup pancake is also delicious, I won’t get tired of eating this anytime soon…….when I looked up, for some reason, Eihashi-san is staring alternately between me and Misaki with an astonished expression.

She probably forgot that we promise to share our pancakes huh……..

“Here, Eihashi-san too. I think your matcha must be really delicious but I think my chocolate is pretty good too you know.”

She said that she wants to try the chocolate pancake but she still doesn’t show any sign of movement to do that. Does it take time to clear her taste bud?”

Eihashi-san chewed the pancake and swallowed it. She then closed her eyes and basked in the afterglow.

“How was it?”

“…….it felt strange……….”

“Right. It’s been a while since I last ate sweets like this so I think it’s strangely delicious too.”

“……certainly, if I have one every day I might actually die though…….”

Considering the calories, it might be bad to eat something like this every day but I think that you won’t die from it though. I mean, I guess girls do care about weight more than men huh.

“I don’t think you two are talking about the same thing though……..”

“For the time being, can I try the matcha one too?”

“Eh? Yes! You normally hold your knife in your left-hand right!?”

“Eh, what are you talking about? I can’t?”

“Ah, no! Of course, please try mine! …..here it is……”

Slowly, Eihashi-san beautifully cuts her pancake. Nn? Eh? Isn’t that too big? Eh, there’s so much ice cream on it too.

“W, Wait a minu—-”

“—-here, please!”

“—-Muguh!”

The pancake was jammed into my mouth the moment I opened it. The piece of pancake she feeds was twice as large as the one I gave her so it will take some time for me to swallow it……

“It was delicious but I think that was too big of a bite though……”

“Reika-san, did you take that as an indirect kiss so you got conscious about it? Hmm, but you don’t seem to be that upset though?”

I thought that Misaki was dead wrong but suddenly Eihashi-san started panicking. W, what should I do!?”

“H, hey,! It’s because you said something strange to her, Misaki!”

“Wh, Wh, what should we do!? Reika-san, have my pancake! Here! It’s delicious you know!”

Eihashi-san eats the pancake Misaki offered. After we confirm that she is chewing it and swallowing it down, we wait and observe her next action…..

“I, I! I, I, I, I—–Muguh!?”

Misaki jammed another bite into Eihashi-san’s mouth. After that, Eihashi-san took a deep breath after a sip of her coffee. it seems that she managed to calm down a little.

“I! I’m not conscious about the indirect kiss at rawll!”

“Ah, she bit her tongue.”

“A, anyway! Please try mine as well, Misaki-chan!”

“Y, Yes!”

After Misaki took a bite of Eihashi-san’s pancake, it seems that we managed to reset the mood and the atmosphere calmed down a little.

At first, she was probably trying to think of me as just a friend but thanks to Misaki, she started thinking of me as a member of the opposite sex.

Eihashi-san came back with 2 plates worth of chocolate fondue. Since there’s no way I can discuss the possibility that Eihashi-san likes me in front of her, I simply concluded the conversation.

“Is that so. I brought these for everyone so let’s eat them together!”

“Oh! Thank you very much! They look so delicious!”

“Right, thank you.”

It seems she had a lot of ideas and made various kinds of chocolate fondue for us. There are cookies soaked in chocolate, the half-soaked one, and even some marshmallows.

Also, she’s completely calm that it made her upset appearance earlier seem like a lie. I guess she managed to collect herself when she made these huh.

After we finished the chocolate fondue and pancakes, we each drank a cup of coffee and left the store.

We have nothing planned after this so I and Misaki decided to go back to our apartment since we have a lot to carry today.

Thus, we say goodbye to Eihashi-san.

“Thanks, Eihashi-san.”

“No, I enjoyed my time today too. I have to thank Misaki-chan for showing me a good place too.”

“Thank you for choosing clothes for me!”

“I’m sorry about what Misaki said earlier. Also thanks a lot for today.”

I am mainly thanking her for playing along with me in the clothing store. Well, it’s nice of her to help Misaki choose her clothes too.

“I’m glad to hear that.”

A lot happened but the shopping today was fun and I think that it’s great that we met today.

The problem now is what I should do with the fact that I am Kamishiro Kousei…….I guess I will just let everyone know huh.

If I don’t tell them then it would be like I can’t trust my own friend as Eihashi-san said at the takoyaki party after all.

In the first place, I wondered why I kept it a secret until now. After all, even after Eihashi-san knows, the things I fear never happen.

I’m sure that Ichinose-san also knows about it already so I guess I should just tell Masato. While I was thinking to myself, Misaki puzzledly looked at me.
