Chapter 1813: Sea Bathing with Anima 10
After taking a break to discuss various things about the ship party, we had some more fun in the sea before returning to our cottage. After showering and rinsing off the seawater, we gathered in the living room of the cottage in casual clothing.
[We played quite a bit, so I'm feeling rather fatigued. It feels like sleeping now would be nice.]
[That might be so, but it might be a little late for a nap.]
Just as Anima said, it's about 3:00 in the afternoon, and I think it's a little late to take a nap now. Moreover, since we intend to return home at night, I'm thinking of talking with Laguna-san for a bit before heading back, so I'd like to depart around evening. In that case, I guess we'd be leaving a few more hours?
[Is there anything Anima wants to do?]
[Let's see. I don't have anything specific in mind, but I'd like to umm, relax with Master.]
[I see, relaxing would certainly be nice. The purpose of the trip was originally to thank you, so that would be just right.]
Well, we played quite a bit in the sea, so rather than being able to rest, we'd become somewhat tired from playing.. but still, at least for me, Anima doesn't seem to be tired at all. Well, I guess that's just due to the difference in basic stamina between us.
Putting that aside, Anima said she wanted to relax, but I'm somewhat concerned with that slight pause just now.
[Anima, you kinda seemed like you were hesitating to speak just now]
[Uuuu, ah, no, that is p- please wait a moment. I understand what Master is trying to say, so please wait a moment and allow my emotions to calm down.]
Hmmm. From the way she acts, it feels like she probably wants to do something lover-like. At first, she was being reserved and didn't say anything, but when I pointed this out to her, she must have sensed that I wanted her to tell me what she wanted without hesitation if possible.
And although this is just my guess, I have a feeling that Anima is trying to be somewhat honest with her feelings during this overnight stay, so I guess she's prepared to tell me what she wants.
As I wait while thinking this, Anima takes a few deep breaths, and after looking at me with a calm expression on her face, she speaks.
[Master, would you allow me to give you a lap pillow?]
After I heard her gentle voice, I felt a soft touch on my lips. Anima's kiss, filled with her heartfelt love for me, was incredibly comforting and made me truly happy.
It's just, being like this also makes me feel embarrassed to open my eyes now, so I guess Anima covered my eyes because she's also feeling embarrassed. And so, not answering her, savoring the feeling of happiness, I slowly drifted into sleep.

Makina : [I want to eat too, so peel one for me.]
? ? ? : [Yeah, peeling them does feel troublesome. Well, as a reward for preparing the kotatsu and mandarins, I guess I'll indulge that level of selfishness]
Makina : [Ahh, can you, like, take off the white piths?]
? ? ? : [You're starting to give quite detailed requests huh. There you go, all peeled.]
Makina : [Ahhn.]
? ? ? : [..]
Makina : [Ahhhhhhhhhhhn.]

Makina : [Unnn. Delish!]
