Chapter 112: They're just like automatic doors...

Pluto realized that Harry really was getting worked up over the system's remarks and facepalmed. He laughed awkwardly and avoided the topic, as he said, "What are you going to do now, Harry? Which subbranch are you going to enter?"

"I don't know. The dots are still in the same position and are moving very slowly and minutely in the map, so I can't conclude which direction they decided to move in.", Harry said while examining the map.

He continued, "And, my dear system is acting like EA, placing microtransactions for every single small feature, which makes this unnecessarily complicated."

The system did not respond to its host's words.

Pluto thought about it for a bit and said, "Why don't you choose one randomly?"

"That is excellent advice, Pluto! I'm sure that I would've stood here for eons if you had not told me that!", Harry said with sarcasm dripping in his voice.

Pluto rolled his eyes as he knew that Harry was taking out his frustration on someone that did not deserve it.

Harry sighed and said, " I'm sorry Pluto. I shouldn't have gotten so worked up."

Harry may be a cold blooded murderer, but he was someone who learnt and corrected his mistakes. So, he apologized to Pluto after he understood that he had scolded him without a proper reason.

Why did he murder if he learnt from his mistakes, you ask? That's the f*cking problem, he did not see killing others as a mistake.

To give you an example of his mindset, there are a lot of non vegetarian people who are very nice people. But this didn't stop them from eating nom veg, right? To them, they were just eating dead animals. So, it's okay.

To Harry, he too was just killing other animals. Only that they were of his kind.

Pluto accepted Harry's apology, and then Harry looked at the two subbranched tunnels.

He then started saying, "Inky Pinky Ponky, Father had a donkey-"

Pluto interrupted him by saying, "Seriously Harry? Can't you just go into one randomly? And of all things, why the hell did you have to use Inky Pinky Ponky?!"

"Well it's funny. And I'll feel better to go into the tunnel that the legendary inky pinky ponky chooses rather than the one I choose myself.", Harry said while trying his best to hold back his laughter.

Pluto sighed and facepalmed for the umpteenth time that day.

Harry then recited the long poem.... Is that what you call it? Well, anyway, he recited the long poem and then went into the tunnel at his right side as the last word of the poem ended in that tunnel.

To give you an idea of what he was doing, let me describe it a bit more. He was pointing his finger, and moving it to each of the cave at each word. To be extremely precise, he started while pointing at the left cave, and said Inky, and moved his finger to the right cave and said Ponky.

To the readers who still don't get it.... Just google it for goodnesses sake! I have no more energy to describe it. I also have no idea why I said to google it... Well it's Google. It'll answer anything! I think.

As Harry moved deeper into the right tunnel, the light that radiated from the gems that actually reached him started becoming lesser and lesser.

After he trekked through the tunnel a bit more, it became completely dark, and Harry had no choice but to use an illumination spell.

----------------------------------

Both the queen and the princess ran deep into the cave, and just as the light was about to completely disappear, light blasted through it's surroundings.

The princess was slightly surprised by that, but the queen who was on complete alert jumped up like a cat that had been jump scared.

As the light slowly reduced to an amount that their eyes were comfortable with, the queen and the princess examined their surroundings.

Before the princess could remark about anything though, the queen dragged her into the left tunnel, not even bothering to think about what the gems were.

As they faded away into the depths of the left tunnel, a figure covered in a black aura appeared in the location that the gems were present in. The figure waved its hand and the gems which were glowing brightly suddenly stopped radiating light, as if the gems did not exist at all.

The figure let out a soft crooked laugh that sounded extremely distorted as it thought, 'It has been ages since master has had a meal of humans. He'd be pleased with this devolopment! Ah... Will master give me a human to eat? Unfortunately there are no males among those two... They are even more tastier to absorb.'

The figure vanished from the spot, as if nothing had happened at all, almost as if the spot had been empty from forever.

If not for the gems that had stopped radiating light, there was no whatsoever evidence that the figure ever existed.

-----------------------------

Harry was walking through the tunnel that almost seemed never ending for around ten whole minutes now. He turned back instinctively when what he saw made him feel surprised.

The gems were not radiating light! He couldn't see anything after about 10 meters behind him. He could only see those 10 meters too because of his illumination spell.

Harry knocked it off that the gems worked like automatic doors back in Earth, which opened on their own when they detected a human, and closed on their own as soon as the human went out of their detection range.

'Yup that must be it.', Harry thought.

After all, this was a magic world! Anything is possible!

Knocking it off was the stupidest decision he could've taken as he would realise later.

Author's note:

The figure only thought about that and laughed very softly. Thus it's voice did not echo. It was not that foolish to give a monologue out loud.

Did this part make anyone laugh? It did make me laugh out loud. "To Harry, he too was just killing other animals. Only, they were of his kind."

Also, I have exams till the 18th.... [Groans and slumps on to his couch] So, I'll have to face the six tribulations till then and thus the rewrite will temporarily be paused. My old version will be updated 1 Chap per day as usual, and to be brutally honest, I don't have time for it either... the reason I'm somehow squeezing myself to write it in 50 mins is because of MGS and win win event.

----------------------------------

Please read the story from the start again. I'm rewriting it. I assure you it'll be good (pats chest). Like I'm including stuff like a secret group of assassins for Harry, and all. I'm also thinking of including a function like scope of personality that will give him powers to examine all his citizens and kill those who are not loyal [Grins evilly and scarily.]

Gimme your Power Stones, please! I'm not getting many good features, and it may help if I enter the top 200. The 199th novel has like 380 Power stones, so gimme 400!

Lol, it's not like I'm asking it for free. You'll get 4 chapters on Sunday if you gimme those 400 Power stones. [Pleading expression].

Join my discord server for a lot of cool stuff, okay? Like you get live chapter rewrite status, and I tend to talk about any new ground-breaking things about the story there, and, best of all, you can give me ideas for the story! Well, you can give it down in the comments too.

Anyway, take care all you readers. If you ever just need a shoulder to cry on about life, just dm me in discord. I'll definitely listen to you as soon as I'm online in discord.

I stress this again, please read the story from the start once more. You'll have many surprises. If you just like the old version, then go to google and search, I Will Conquer The World.

The last time I checked, a piracy website was letting people read my first 59 free chapters, which were of the old version.

All in all, to wrap things up nicely for this chapter, thank you to all my readers. I appreciate your support and love you show to my book. Even your hate helps me improve. I admit, this is not the best book. But, I am trying my best to at least make it into a memorable experience for all you readers. I sincerely hope you read the book from the start again, as there are lots of surprises waiting to be discovered.

I've also started using a grammar app, and so the overall quality should improve, like small typos and grammar errors. It's been a lovely experience writing, and I want it to be a lovely experience for you readers to read my book.
